this URL ... www.nytimes.com/2006/10/11/world/asia/12koreacnd.html?em&ex=1160798400&en=6e9a499edd0d074a&ei=5087%0A tells me: Mr. Bush said that the United Nations Security Council must now require North Korea to abide by what he called “its commitment to dismantle its nuclear program.” He said the council must also take measures to prevent the export of nuclear material by the North and to block financial transfers that help pay for its weapons programs. Forgive me for being facetious, but if Mr. Bush tells the United Nations Security Council what it MUST do. There is no more United Nations Security Council. It is dead. A slave at best. An arm of the neocons. Why MUST UNSC get Bush's chestnuts out of the fire? again? Clinton had it all under control GMB.
