Maybe discussion topics can be categorized via region (i.e., North America, Europe, Asia, etc.). To start of I suggest Anwaar, you can post some of your more popular articles to date and invite further discussion on them. Just to get this forum started.
What do you think? Just off the top of my head...

It is a great idea, and I extol it as usual. I am sure this would accommodate the views of even those who have a different opinion about affairs that come loud and clear at the fountainhead discussions.
You are doing a great job sir, just keep it on and hang on tough.

Great job,my friend!!!we needed a forum. Everyone who comes to Fountainhead is passionate in their beliefs, and I know it gets very heated at times. Being able to edit our own posts will be most helpful. Forum topics...How's Cindy doing?Whats new with Mr.Moyer? How about some more emoticons(smileys)? Where did you get that cool wizard-dude? MILITARISM: This suject does not seem to get much attention. In my uneducated and humble opinion, it is the third dimension of the real axis-of-evil (i.e. Dictators, Religious fanatics and the Military high brass). Military establishments in most countries would never want peace & harmony among the people, that would be self-defeating.
Patriotism is arguably not an evil, however, when the professional soldiers are glorified and portrayed as heroes and saviours, their families start believing that. To me, a killer is a killer. Legalized or not, in the name of your country, how can you kill. I wonder what Christianity and Islam and Judaism have to say to justify such inhumanity that killed over 200 million people in the last century alone.
Can we discuss this, what is the place of PATRIOTISM in the scope of religion and humanity. Soldiers, U.S. or otherwise, is their glorification justifiable? They are brain-washed and deluded and willing to eradicate humanity from the face of planet. Do they deserve society's platitudes. How sick are we?

Thanks DT-1. And thank you too Azmat for your profound observations.
And yes why not. We can discuss miltarism/terrorism/patriotism on the General World Affairs board. You can start a thread there. I can help you if you are unable to.
And choose some cool avatars everyone.

Thanks for setting this up, Anwaar; you're a gem. Would anyone be interested in Constitutional Law? Wouldn't it be advantageous for we in the United States to keep informed on this? Our government doesn't follow the rules. Also, a thread for up and coming legislation, action calls to Congress, etc. Did anyone call your Reps to support a Department of Peace on Wed? Imagine that, a Department of Peace vs A Dept. of Defense!!!

Thanks Michelle. And sure go ahead, start a new thread of constitutional law on the United States' Affairs board. I think it will be interesting to exchange views on that.

I haven't given militarism much thought,in and of itself...I just thought of it as a necessary evil. Guess I was half-right... Anwaar, please walk me thru getting an avatar, when you get the time.

Imagine that, a Department of Peace vs A Dept. of Defense!!! michelle, a notable, brave man has been discussing US constitutional law at citizenspook.blogspot.com. Please comment and encourage the author to continue writing. If you, too, are knowledgable about Constitutional law, I would enjoy reading what you may have to say. The present situation we face may have spiralled outside of the domain of Constitutional law, yet at the same time it is vital for Americans to understand the extent to which the Patriot, Homeland Security, Total Information, Acts, et al, represent deviations from original purposes. Best greetings from Paris, dana

The Constitution: Bushmonkey says it's twice as absorbant as the leading brand, and cheaper than Charmin. It dosen't chaff like the Bill of Rights, and won't clog up the septic tank.
