Ascension....Well, my Ascension, anyway
I haven't been posting much as of late and don't see myself continuing with the fervor that marked my past years here at the FH Forum. Much of humanity's global plight has ceased to interest me; there are many on earth who are engaged in a dream that is not mine anymore.
For me to continue daily surfing of the web is against my best interests....More exact, I have reached the point where this would interfere with, nay stop, my ascension process. However, when prompted, as today, I will occasionally post insights and/or information I receive.
Today's post contains some information that I hope many will take to heart. I cannot stress enough how important it is for one to disconnect as much as possible from technology. Simply put, electricity is very bad for the human energy fields, especially those with a predominate amount of DNA which is magnetic in origin; any leftover DNA which is electrical, I intend to send back to its place of origin. You see, Earth is magnetic and the humans seeded upon her originally were of a different creation than the ETs who came here and caused so much trouble for her, nature, and the humans orginally seeded upon Earth. I have disconnected from any form of guidance that is not my own or from Earth and her nature kingdoms or those ancestors of mine which have the information I need to travel 'home.' Earth or Terra is ascending home; any humans who intend to, and are able to, ascend with her [those with a DNA of this creation] need to ground to her and daily check their progress, repairing their fields as needed. Part of the ascension process would be to distinguish between resonant and non-resonant DNA. Earth would be a magnetic creation and only the DNA that is magnetic can resonate with Earth during her ascension process. All non-magnetic DNA and thought forms would have to be returned to where they came from.
Which brings us to the ending article. I felt the urge to check the web this morning and low and behold, an article of interest was the first I came upon. Here is something else which lends support to the end article:
Humans that become preoccupied with technology lose touch with their inner reality, as they become distracted by outer noise that the media, or games, or their jobs or other preoccupations provide. So much time, resources and energy are wasted in human life focused upon technological development and pursuits, and then the travel that such technology enables that there is no time for the inner focus of evolution. Technology cannot ascend anyone or any creation home.
Humans upon Earth have become like living machines themselves due to the very technology that they have developed. As a living machine, one does this or that day in and day out without understanding why, and without an ability to change or alter anything let alone evolve and ascend. Without an ability to alter one's destiny, one feels powerless, trapped and in fear; over time the fear breeds contempt that leads to warfare and abuse in all of its varied expressions, from jealousy to hatred to outright murder and annihilation.
The only solution is for humanity upon Earth to ascend and evolve out of the current state of being that is so mechanized and so devoid of love and life. Television and the media will not heal one's wounds; nor will the many products humans possess or seek fortunes to purchase fill one's heart with the love that one is longing for. Love is an internal state of being that comes from the interconnection of body, soul and Earth. Such a connection must be mastered through evolution, as humans at 2 strands have lost all connection to the spiritual realms that surround them.
Before we get to the article, let me lay out where my path has led me. Sometime ago, I began to fret over what to do with this forum. I understood that all of a negative nature happening in our world was but a replay of karma which was very old indeed. And that the collapse of systems we are witnessing is necessary in order to build a new society. So, I began to add articles of a spiritual nature which corresponded to my level of understanding or progress. Much of this was used at the Wake Up World thread, but I also attempted to fit this understanding into regular news items as well.
Now, originally, my journey placed the teachings of the Ascended Masters in my path, followed by various messages from humanoid beings from other planets. Much of what they gave us was seeded with many truths and various good advice. However, there was always a nagging thought in the background of my understanding that the whole picture was not being presented; that much was being withheld. As much as I was drawn to the sound advice contained within these messages, I still felt dissatisfied with what I was given. I also found it impossible to follow any methods given for progress in my ascension. So, I began to ask my guidance for more information.....I needed to understand more than what was offered.
After the October 14th fiasco where certain channels were transmitting messages about first contact [I posted much on this at Wake Up World along with my skepticism], I began to come across articles expressing doubt toward the Ascended Masters and the ETs too. This rocked my boat a bit, but also confirmed those feelings of dissatisfaction I held. I realize that many Lightworkers may be in disagreement with what I have found out, because for years we have been following a line of belief that does not resonate with me anymore. I'm not going to search for the first articles I came across because they were from different sources which I don't remember, but I did come across many before I came to the source of the quote above.
In my next post here, I will give you the source of that quote. Yes, I said in my next post. For now, be patient and read the following article of advice; it is enough for me to discuss at this time. My path has taken a new direction.....I can only speak for myself and what I have come to understand. I have not discussed this with any of my Lightworker friends. As I said, I can only relay where I'm at; I am not responsible for any other's progress. Plus, so many of my associates made me crazy by trying to pull me into their dreams of their future. And I suppose, I too have been guilty of this with some people. So when I open this new can of worms, I wish to be clear in my thinking. Plus, I've spent enough time on this blasted computer for today.

Love the PC and the many friends made over the net, but this is something of an addiction cause we can talk to people anytime we feel in need of on spot companionship. The PC has become a wonderful way to share ourselves with other parts of Oneness around the world. We can reach out and connect to the energy of others that are open, and have tapped into recognition of personal frequency and emotional states. Many years ago guidance gave a warning of the internet (which originally said we were to avoid it) eventually it was put to positive use for connecting us to other Oneness much faster. [if you can't fight them, join them] This was made possible by Light Workers using internet to create a new electromagnetic light grid separate from other grids through consciously working to join their energy during meditations. It's like an Emotional Telepathy that has also helped promote Distant Healing abilities. But regardless of turning disadvantage into advantage, the EMF's are still ravaging the human energetic systems. The PC addiction like any addiction must be managed, and to do this we must learn to limit the hours spent on it and all electronic devices. While we enjoy our PC friends, we need physical contact beyond PC, phone and text messaging. Guidance tells me, once we establish a recognition of energy patterns over the devices we need to go back to reconnect this in the physical without use of the electronics which actually create a false wave frequency for identification. These devices which in many ways keep us closer together 24/7, also serve to drive us apart through keeping us apart as we don't need to be together to communicate, they also distort our ability of proper recognize the aura frequency as it become further distorted by EMF's. Like all things on planet it's the extremes of polarity opposition that must be brought into balance for wholeness if humans are to move forward in the higher frequencies.
These devices permit us to hide behind them, not presenting our full or true energetic selves to each other as they continue to distort the frequency we project. You can be thinking one thing in anger while typing or texting sweet nothings. We can hide our true selves behind these devices and in time will loose the ability to know who we truly are ourselves. There is an old saying " Use it or loose it " which applies to everything even open conversation and allowing the energy of our aura to flow in truth. This also prevents us from moving totally into our TRUTH by eliminating the barriers that prevent us from opening fully into telepathic abilities. As we remove barriers or blocks we again distort the frequency of the physical construct. We are at a point of crises and will end up connecting our Oneness in a way we don't intend or desire if we continue to allow the damage of our addiction to go unrecognized from these devices that have become an extension of ourselves. Yes they are progress in a modern age, but they are producing a distorted frequency for us to recognize and connect to for ascension of our resonance. These EMF distortions are destroying the framework of our human blueprints and altering our organs function and our ability to heal from natural sources. Some say this is ok because water, plants, and minerals used for healing receive the same alterations being exposed to the EMF's, but this is not true as they don't hold devices to their ears or rest with them in their rooms. They too are altering but not to the same extent or in the same way. The EMF's cause chaos in the meridians of all living things, chaos has no pattern so order is being destroyed and we should also take note of the effect on the other kingdoms.
Some will say this is a plan of the Illuminati, or dark side, to hinder ascension of humanity.This I won't argue, but I will not go there either. Simply we won't go there cause it's giving power to aspects we as Light Workers choose not to deal with. We know we must learn to think only of what we wish to create, and by standing in our power to accept full responsibility for our every action and life experience we do this.. No one is responsible for our addictive use of these devices but us.....no excuse. So to manage what is now out of hand, we must learn living with everything in moderation. I have no cell phone blackberry or laptop; I use a cordless home phone, limit my calling and removed secondary extensions in other rooms and second floor. I also limit TV use to specific programs and time PC use, then fill those hours with constructive projects to improve the quality and beauty in life. The microwave is gathering dust. The radio wave alarms, rodent and insect devices are replaced by the ol fashion types. [they really didn't build a better mouse trap] I've even gone the extra step to unplug the main surge protector outlet cord for electronic devices because there is always some juice flowing through them and it ticks away on the electric bill too. Sound Silly and Over Cautious...Well I'm interested in ascension of my entire essence not just my thinking. Yes ...action speaks louder than words in all respects. The physical form is an extension of the energetic bodies which are the extension of our original soul essence. I choose to have all aspects of me move into higher frequency, this requires keeping all bodies balanced.
Channeled words from Higher Consciousness Collective: We hesitate always to be to blunt but you now are aware we are your higher resonance you, we are not gods of superiority, we therefore choose to be blunt by saying you are defeating your efforts to Ascend by not taking into consideration the distortion occurring in your Electro-magnetic field from your newly constructed electronic devices that are used as extensions of your physical form. This distortion of the energy patterns in meridians and in the resonance of your organs is drastically altering the Auric Field of all humanity. The result is seen as one step forward and two backward because your species is advancing while it is destroying the very framework on which it is constructed. We implore you to take heed of this, to look upon these items of progress as something to use as needed and not use to become needed. While you may think this is of less importance than advancing spiritual consciousness, we tell you acting upon this awareness is advancing your consciousness. One can not move partly into higher resonance, ascension as designed for the human species is to move all extended bodies wholey into the higher frequency, and this is only possible when all energetic bodies are all in balanced resonance with the frequency of higher awareness. If left uncorrected this will result in progressing consciousness only to that lowest point where balance exists in the whole....You must always remember All Is Energy and All must resonate harmonically at each frequency of the octaves. There will be many who only raise the mental awareness because they choose not to raise the energy of the emotional and physical to also connect to the higher resonating spiritual. There will be those who work at perfecting the physical and mental but do not lift resonance of the emotional to meet the spirit self. Just as there are those who fail to recognize the physical as part of the whole, and then permit its destruction through distorting it's connective resonance frequencies. We are suggesting your consideration of the level ascension you choose, in doing this recognize that one only ascends to the lowest point of resonance in the combined energetic system. So be it in love.

The following article highlights some of the many obvious problems of city living. It also gives some recommendations as what to do to relieve the stress of urban living. You might rethink city dwelling altogether; I've listed reasons why below....Michelle

In the so-called “conscious community,” alarm bells are plentiful: BPA-laden baby bottles are poisoning your toddler! Soy foods are slashing your sperm count! Your old yoga mat will leach PVC into the landfill for all eternity! It’s enough to make you want to swap your fair trade coffee for Kahlúa and crawl straight back to your toxic mattress.
Big city living, it seems, only fans the flames. In a recent issue, Forbes magazine scrutinized six key quality of life indicators — housing affordability, unemployment rates, gas prices, air quality, number of sunny days and population density — to narrow down the top ten most stressful communities in America. With its skyrocketing unemployment rates and high gas prices, Chicago edged out New York for the number one slot (leading miffed Windy City-zens to inundate the Forbes comment boxes, claiming the creators of the study were “smoking something”). The Big Apple was a close second (thanks to untenable population density and unaffordable housing), followed closely by Detroit (9.4 percent unemployment rate and high pollution), Los Angeles (the most polluted city with expensive homes and low income) and San Francisco (high gas prices and even higher housing expenses).
So what’s an enlightenment-seeking urbanite like yourself to do? Quit the evil capitalist job, buy a healing drum and run naked to the sticks while clutching energy crystals? Going AWOL (or OM-WOL as the case may be) is not the answer, says American Zen master Genpo Roshi, author of Big Mind Big Heart: Finding Your Way. In fact, being too om’d-out can lead to a dysfunctional lifestyle. While we need inner peace and balance in order to be integrated functional human beings, we also need the competitive side that gets the job done. “If you can’t be calm and tranquil in the middle of the city,” says Genpo, “then what good is it if you can only do it beside a river?” The process of struggling to maintain your balance amidst urban angst, he adds, can be good mind/body training.
But how? We lined up a range of experts from across the country — everyone from yogis to psychologists, spiritual teachers to our friendly local bartenders — for their strategies on how to maintain balance in the face of whatever chaos city life throws your way.
City Stressor No. 1: Overcrowding is driving me up the wall
Forbes had it right that the sardine-like density in big cities foments stress. “The lack of parking, having to deal with street sweeping and living in a 480-square-foot apartment,” were some of the main reasons green business owner Katherine Racine-Jones recently fled San Francisco (home to the ninth highest population density in the country, according to Forbes) for the outskirts of Portland. Racine-Jones certainly doesn’t miss the hassles of shoulder-to-shoulder living. She describes her friends who still live there as high intensity people who don’t have time for balance.
Beyond just the physical discomforts, living closely among stressed-out friends and neighbors takes its psychic and emotional toll too, says Asha Praver, disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda and co-director of the Ananda meditation and yoga center in Palo Alto. “If you cut onions all day, your hands will smell of onions,” she explains. “Most people tend to accept what’s going on around them, and when the collective gets more tense, they become vulnerable.”
RX: Make time to chill. Schedule it into your CrackBerry, if that’s what it takes!
Praver recommends city dwellers seek regular doses of solitude in nature. Head right to the nearest body of water or hiking trail, any place where there’s more birdsong than traffic noises. A consistent meditation practice can be an even more effective stress-buster — as long as it’s done the right way. (Apparently, even meditation can cause anxiety for the beginner.) Says Praver, “Most people find it unbearable to sit down and shut your eyes in a quiet room. If ‘meditation’ is a word that sends you running for the hills, it may be beneficial to get some instruction.”
As a nice entry point for the meditation-curious, Roshi recommends putting the go-getter mind aside every once in a while and saying aloud to yourself, “I am the mind that is non-seeking and non-craving.” Our brains are like cars, explains Roshi, always in gear, always seeking and craving. Pausing for this type of mindful meditation serves to enhance your awareness, allowing you to respond wisely instead of hastily to stressors. “Instead of checking the BlackBerry, or reading the newspaper,” he advises, “take a couple minutes to take the brain out of gear.”
Just as tight living quarters and elevated psychic energy of others can adversely affect our stress levels, seeking and achieving a healthy emotional balance can ease the stress levels of those around us. A better, more blissful you will resonate positively throughout your relationships, your friends, your family, your business — even people you don’t even know, says Eugene Cash, a teacher at the Bay Area’s Spirit Rock meditation center. “Life is short,” Cash asserts. “We are the stewards of our own lives; how do we want to live them?”
City Stressor No. 2: The economy is plummeting, and it’s taking me down with it
Jay Michaels, a bartender at Monsoon Bar & Café in Santa Monica, CA, says that in these days of rising unemployment and faltering economy, money worries are topping the list of typical bar woes. “Bartenders for the most part feel like financial advisors; the focus has moved away from meaning or esteem needs having to do with relationships to more economic or safety needs.”
Gabriel Scheer, Executive Director of Seattle’s popular Green Drinks social networking events, notes the same. But in the Emerald City (which escaped Forbes’ top ten list) people are looking at the economic crisis as a chance to put ideals into practice. “A lot of people see it as an opportunity to change how the current systems operate,” says Scheer. “The financial crisis is a chance for us to reassess and look at new opportunities to do things differently, a time to rethink our energy use, the banking system (where do I put my money, what is it used for?) … pretty much everything.”
RX: Act to avoid reacting
In this economy, says Los Angeles-based eco-broker Jeffrey Fritz, it pays to have a financial plan in place for any kind of “just in case” scenario. Fritz sees countless clients in foreclosure situations behaving like the proverbial ostrich with its head in the sand. “They don’t really want to deal with what’s happening in their life because it is extremely stressful,” Fritz explains. In the case of economic emergencies, Fritz recommends facing the music by seeking help from a trusted financial planner and methodically, logically strategizing your steps for getting back on track.
Even if you’re not in the red, staying on top of finances in a rocky economy requires a lot of situational awareness, long-term budgeting and saving. When it comes to housing, Fritz gives the plain and simple advice not to spend to your limit, but instead live below your means and save the rest. Avoid stressful surprises by knowing what your house is worth, or when and how much your rent is going up.
Of course, as our bartender Jay notes, “understanding that dark muddy line between the things you want and the things you need” is easier said than done. For guidance, Roshi points to the teachings of Buddha: “In Buddha’s final teaching, he made eight points and the first two are very important: Have few desires, and know how to be satisfied with what we have.”
City Stressor No. 3: The J-O-B is G-O-N-E
Los Angeles, with a whopping 7.5 percent unemployment rate, clocked in as the 4th most stressful city in America. Henry Cong, owner of organic coffee spot Infuzion Café in Santa Monica, sees a direct correlation between unemployment rates and the stress levels of his customer base. So does Bay Area-based career coach Britt Bravo. Says Bravo, even the laid-off CEO who is rolling in severance package dough “can still experience stress if the majority of her self-esteem came from her work.”
RX: Develop a game plan and stick to it
Unless you have a sloth-like fight or flight response, it’s nearly impossible not to stress out after losing a job. There are ways, however, to maintain your sanity while hunting for the next gig. Bravo suggests the following steps:
1) Get advice from a career counselor, or create your own support network with friends.
2) Break everything down into small tasks. “Part of the fear people experience when looking for new work comes from being overwhelmed. For example, if ‘update my resume’ has been on your to-do list forever, break it down into smaller steps, so it feels easy to achieve.”
3) Make a strict schedule. Decide how much time you are going to spend each day looking for work, and stick to it.
4) Make a fun to-do list of the things you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t had time; once you’ve completed your looking-for-work day, go enjoy yourself.
5) Network, network, network. The best way to get your resume to the top of the pile is by knowing someone at the place you want to work. Go to networking parties and join social networks like Facebook and LinkedIn.
City Stressor No. 4: Dirty, smelly, smoggy city living is skeeving me out
Some of the worst air quality in the country shot LA to the top of Forbes’ top ten list. But no city is free from pollution’s perils, which in and of themselves are major contributors to the stress of city living.
RX: Do what you can, and let the rest be water off a duck’s back
While significant policy changes are needed to decrease urban pollution, you can reduce your exposure to environmental toxins by using eco-cleaners and nontoxic interiors in your home, eating organic food and filling your home with potted plants that improve indoor air quality.
When noise pollution gets to be too much, celebrated yogini Cyndi Lee, founder of Om Yoga in New York City, likes to sit and relax her senses, so that noise moves by as if in a soundscape. “Sit quietly and go through each sensory organ, breathing, imaging your skin softening, relaxing the inner ear, jaw and temples, relaxing all of the muscles around your eyes,” instructs Lee. “We need to take sensory organs out of acquisition mode.”
City Stressor No. 5: I’m multitasking my way to mental breakdown
Pile money woes on top of our jobs, family and social life, mix in iPhones, IMs and email, and top it off with the holidays, war, the economy, global warming and the rush to make it to yoga class on time, and you’re left with a surefire recipe for multitasking misery. But shoveling everything on your plate into your mouth at once is guaranteed to give you mental indigestion. Not being present in the moment puts you at risk of being caught off guard when an unexpected situation arises.
RX: Practice the art of single-tasking
Dr. Jonathan Ellerby, Spiritual Program Director for Canyon Ranch Health Resorts, suggests that we “let go of the idea of always being productive, or the guilt that says you don’t deserve to rest. A better you makes a better world.”
Spirit Rock’s Cash jokes that he teaches the art of single-tasking at his meditation center. While he agrees that multitasking can be helpful at times, it can be more beneficial to slow down, gather oneself, and just do one thing in order to bring back the simplicity of life.
“If we’re stressed out all the time,” says Cash, “we can’t be our best. If we are more here, then we can react appropriately.” He recommends taking time for activities that allow you to breathe deeply, concentrate and relax all at once, such as yoga, meditation or swimming.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed, notes Lee, it’s easy to bump “find balance” right off the list, just as you need it most. Don’t. “When the shit hits the fan,” says Lee, “come to yoga.”

The Spiritual School of Ascension is a collaborative organization under the direction of Karen Danrich "Mila" and Thomas Weber "Oa". The purpose of the organization is to bring forth human ascension and support the global ascension of Earth.
Ascension is the process by which any planet, star, civilization or species evolves. In the evolutionary process, the biology of the form is altered allowing the form to increase upward in vibration and temperature from week, to month, to year, to decade. As this is accomplished gradually and over time, the form enters first a fourth dimensional existence and eventually another dimensional existence in its choice to return "home" to where it was spawned.
Earth is choosing to return "home" to where she was spawned. Earth was spawned from a spark of thought-form in the Tao. The Tao is what Mila has defined as a part of herself and all that exists that sits outside of space and time and form and directs creation. Earth is learning to attune to herself or her Tao within to guide her in her return journey "home".
Earth and your sun are two of 4 suns ascending simultaneously within your creation. This is the underlying cause of "global warming" as each creation recovers from the many falls in consciousness in their experience. Earth is heating up due to her ascension, as ascension brings about an increasing vibration and higher rotation of molecular structure, which is the underlying cause of the increasing temperature of earth.
The process of ascension is not new, nor is it a rapid process. Earth has been increasing in vibration since your last ice age. It may take thousands of years if not hundreds of thousands for Earth to return "home" to the Tao. In the meantime, Earth is moving into a new dream and field rotation related to the Great Central Sun that she fell from millions of years ago and upon other dimensions of thought-form.
Humanity must come along for the ride for the journey into a new dream and field rotation associated. Each species is choosing to ascend at this time in history, which includes the plant, animal, mineral, dolphin and whale kingdoms. Humanity is selectively choosing to ascend, as some races have lost their connection to Earth and in so doing, have entered a deep state of forgetfulness. In the forgetfulness, large portions of the human population are failing to begin their earliest rise in frequency and are rapidly falling further and further behind Earth's overall current phase of ascension. It is up to each human to "intend to ascend" upon a daily basis to bring forth the next phase of evolutionary changes to keep pace with Earth.
The pathway for human ascension is becoming clearer. The map carvers in affiliation with the Spiritual School of Ascension have created a map to a particular level of evolution that we have called "Bodhisattva". The Bodhisattva masters compassion in action. The Bodhisattva makes agreements to exist in world service unto the Earth Mother and in so being supports the evolution of the whole. The Bodhisattva creates a unity based life and learns to dream weave their own dreams, become the creator that the human vessel was meant to express as a spiritual being. Many others will follow the map that those within this school have map carved and continue to map carve in relation to becoming the creator of one's own life experience.
I searched through some of their articles and collected the following CLIPS which give reasoning for one to leave our cities behind:
Ascension brings about the emotional experiences of each set of ancestors that lived at a particular bandwidth of frequency at another time in history. As one clears the traumatic experiences and emotional residue at any particular bandwidth, peace remains thereafter. Living upon the land where peaceful relations once occurred will augment peaceful and unity-based relations individually and collectively. Though the ups and downs of ascension, retaining unity would be difficult; except for perhaps as each attunes to the peace emanating from the land and focuses upon this through intention. In so doing, the land will lift the individual and the collective through the difficult moments that individual and group ascension can and will manifest.
Earth anticipates that ascending communities should be formed upon land that holds lots of records of peaceful and unity based human tribes; then the land can re-educate humanity in how to live together in honor and in peace again. As many humans gather living in honor and peace in ascending communities, then the blueprint for other humans to ascend into peaceful unity based relations shall also be anchored.
The body requires the nourishment that includes adequate food and water, a beautiful place to live and dwell, and the interconnection to nature. The interconnection to nature is best fostered through communion with the land or sea. Places to walk through the woods or swim in the sea or a lake or stream are vital to retaining communion with nature. Therefore earth perceives that ascending humans will ultimately require leaving the cities and suburbs behind and choose a more rural life with land to roam upon to foster communion with nature, and land enough to foster the construction of one’s garden to provide the sustenance through the times of cleansing ahead. Therefore making this intent shall set in motion a future in which one will relocate to a place that provides space and room enough to thrive into the entry of the Great Central Sun and beyond. THE PLAGUES AHEAD On the consumption of flesh....M
Most deaths however will not come from natural disasters per se. Most deaths shall come from new viruses and diseases that shall consume the human biology of non-crystalline and non-ascending genetics. Where will such diseases come from? They shall come from the livestock bred for slaughter and through the cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, turkeys or any other animal raised in captivity, including buffalo, elk or deer. All animals that are bred for slaughter are choosing to go extinct at this time as they cannot enter the new dream; they are choosing extinction languages which shall cause the development of 24 viruses currently unknown to mankind that will cause a rapid death of the physical as they are activated. Those consuming the flesh of the animals will die of the same viruses killing the livestock. This is another reason that the sea recommends that ascending humans cease to consume flesh; if you must eat a little more protein for specific cycles of your ascension, then consume wild fish at this time as the fish kingdom is not participating in this particular extinction cycle, except for fish raised in captivity.
What will happen in cities that are suddenly hit by seeming plagues due to all of the humans still dining upon flesh? The disaster may not be unlike Hurricane Katrina; the roads will be clogged by those trying to vacate the city to avoid the plague; and there may be more dying in the high rises than can be removed and buried or cremated. The stench of the city may be great until the cleanup crews are complete. Cleanup crews may be scarce out of the fear of catching the disease that the masses are dying of. The end result will be that those who are ascending and do not die from the viruses as their immune system adequately kills the viruses will vacate the cities and move to a more simple life in the country, carrying on in smaller numbers.
This dream of plagues may hit earlier than originally anticipated due to the compression of time. Originally we perceived that this type of cleansing would begin in about 2012. Recently and due to so much of earth crossing into the Great Central Sun Dream, time has been compressed by 8 years. Now is the time to leave the cities while you can beloved. In the wake of the plagues, there may be little water or food coming into the city as the delivery personnel becomes frightened. Hungry humans may kill each other over a bottle of water or candy bar much as the recent mirror of those caught without food or water in the New Orleans Astrodome; far better perhaps to remove oneself from such possible dreams to be experienced in the cities and into a new country environment that is more conducive to your continued evolution and the inward focus that it requires. We see however that many indigos or pale indigo ascending children will not desire the slavery to the workplace and will be more free floating, finding jobs where they can and living a simpler life than their parents. Already Mila observes this in many ascending indigos that live in the islands or have crossed the path of SSOA; many simply do not desire to work like their parents; and the reality is that their parents worked in many cases far too hard and paid too many taxes; and now there is a debt in the opposite direction. Some indigos even collect welfare in countries that this is easier to do such as in Europe; the indigos are collecting the debts from the government that their ancestors (parents) accrued and are balancing the scales in so doing.
The times ahead may bring about few indigos and pale indigos who desire to work and many who live in large campsites together or tent cities like gypsies and prefer this lifestyle due to the freedom that it creates. They may learn to grow their own vegetables and raise their own goats, sheep and cows for milk and cheese, and may create a community of sorts in so doing. This may be more how the communities ahead are born that Terra is weaving a dream for. Terra desires humans to return to the land again and work with it to provide for their sustenance. In working with the land, one comes closer to Terra and can then more easily build an ascending partnership with her along with nature. ABOUT ISOLATIONISM
What is isolationism? Isolationism is a part of the human dream that states that everyone should have their own home (or multiple homes), their own car, their own life and family and without sharing or relying upon anyone else. Since the depression of the 30s, humans have moved increasingly into separation and isolation from one another; during the depression in counterbalance people pulled together to survive. Mila’s father lived with his parents and other siblings and their spouses under a single roof in this time period. He worked at a grocery store and brought home the food that might have been thrown away otherwise and helped to provide for the whole. The depression caused folk to pull together and survive in this manner; and this is a greater dream of unity from Terra’s point of view than the isolation movement that humans have moved towards ever since.
In isolation, each family is on their own. Parents each work and so they struggle to have time for the children. The children are sent to daycare or preschool at an early age and receive little attention at home. At home often the television is the baby sitter, further programming little bodies with greed based thought-form and self centered non spiritual focuses. The children receive little guidance from parents who are too busy vying to pay the mortgage to have the time to really be and commune with their little ones. From Terra’s point of view, this does not at all serve the ascending children entering the world ahead.
The dreams of the North American continent and Europe as well once held a very tribal type of dream that was more unity based. Tribes pulled together in all manners to co-create enough to survive. This dream is to be restored in the west and is one drawn from a Lemurian tribal blueprint in which people pulled together and worked together towards a common goal in more ancient times. This will bring an end to the isolation movement that has prevailed this cycle. So what might this look like? It will give birth to unity and community within the human dance in the west.
ABOUT THE DREAMS AHEAD
Perhaps two families or more will pull together and share one home in the dreams of the west ahead. Now there will be four adults, two of which may still work full time, and the other two can attend to the children and also contribute in other ways. Perhaps now there is time to plant a large garden and grow food year round obtaining a greenhouse. The children could learn about gardening as well. Perhaps now there is time to sew one’s own clothes or many other projects that are useful and also helpful unto children to learn. Such projects may also create income at local art or craft fares or farmers markets. The projects are a far better focus for the children and adults alike than sitting in front of the TV and receiving all the greed based programming associated. This is the type of dream that Terra perceives as far more useful for family life within the west; and so it is to be the new dream for tomorrow.
*I'm going to interject here for a moment, before the next two paragraphs. This offers some interesting advice. You might consider who you invite or look to joining with when creating community. This may include family members, however, some in your family might 'obstruct ascension rather than support it.' I have found that friends who I thought could join with my son and I had very different dreams of what this communal living would be like. They made me so uncomfortable with talk of making money, centered on the furnishing of the home, and thought that machines and others, not them, would do much of the working with the earth and gardening, that I quit talking about it with them. I have a much more simplified way of living in mind....Where one would get their hands dirty [literally!] and indeed much would be done by hand....M
Some may pull together within one’s own family and live under one roof allowing grandparents to help with the children. This too is a part of the tribal dream we are anchoring. However those focused upon ascension do not always get along well with certain family members, as perhaps they are of Anu descent and one is of red nation or grand master descent; and the patterns together obstruct ascension rather than support it. This is less useful therefore for those focused upon the path than perhaps pulling together with friends that you resonate with to co-create a mini home based community.
Larger communities will also be born ahead as many may pull together to farm larger pieces of land or create a homestead together. Terra has been looking at the patterns that obstruct harmonious community building and unfortunately the numbers of programs are vast. The disharmonious patterns will tend to go off causing community to crumble and have many comings and goings. Indeed those in our association that have lived in community are well aware of the pitfalls as well as gifts of such an experience; it is all the karma acting out just as if the Anu were still present that is the largest pitfall in community building at this time. Those of Anu inheritance like to dominate and control everything as well as spin pyramidal dreams; and the pyramidal dreams put one on top and all others on the bottom; and this does not co-create unity in the dance of community.*
The natural world will assert its needs in the sharing of the flower dream with humanity. Over time the pyramidal dreams have so dominated that nature has literally had little say in most of the dreams spun in the west. Nature has subordinated unto the human dream as such, and has been used, violated, polluted, harmed and ultimately destroyed. If humans resided in the flower dream, they would feel the destruction of land based harm as the experience would exist within their own dream; in separating off through pyramidal dreams, humans can make the land sick and tired and ill and not feel the consequences within their own bodies.
Alas humans are also sick and tired in their own bodies and partially from all the toxic substances in the land and waterways from which one drinks, and in particular for those living in the density of your cities and suburbs. When Mila lived in Hercules California, the water was so highly toxic that she spent years soaking in mineral springs and having mud bathes in Calistoga to detoxify enough to ascend. Removing oneself from toxic environments is very important for ascending humans as there is a far greater chance of becoming ill in the journey ahead otherwise. For others who are less aware, the rising death tolls due to failing body systems ahead will draw the attention to the requirement for humans to clean up their toxic messes. This too is a part of the dream Terra perceives ahead.
We are people from diverse philosophies and faiths who find common ground in the nonviolent struggle to bring about a more peaceful and just world. We work to raise the moral questions involved in the issues of war, poverty, racism, and oppression.

I have an ever growing respect for the people at the NEW EARTH SUMMIT. Spiritually, I have grown up over the past few months. Or might I say toughened up? Times ahead will be vastly different. Earth and her inhabitants, simply put, cannot continue engaging in the dance of death created by the dark forces and the-powers-that-be. Wake up!!! Preface A wide range of topics are covered in this two-part issue, from the economy and politics to earth changes and spiritual awakening. We are attempting to provide a higher perspective on what is greatly troubling to so many people and how things are likely to get sorted out.
What emerges from this present period will represent the next stage in earthly existence for humans. The coming few years will involve great changes to the basic intentions and fundamental awareness of humans everywhere. The possibility of direct connection to higher-self and God/original Source will become reality for many, establishment religions will lose much of their hold on their followers, officialdom will lose much of its hold on those they formerly controlled on behalf of the ruling elite, and many who have no sense of spirituality will find themselves asking for Divine help. The planet will be undergoing major changes as well, from its core to the outer reaches of atmosphere and energy fields. While some humans will withdraw, others will engage in various civil conflicts, and some will move into a state of higher awareness and a new existence. All responses are of value to the greater process, one way or another. It is a matter of intent and conscious choice as to which category you may find yourself.
We are now in a most unimaginably changing of times and a stunning few years lay ahead. Our planet and solar system is traversing a new region of the milky way. Earth is entering a new zone of the Milky Way, as well as crossing the galactic plane where it will be exposed to new energies for the first time. It is good to be aware and prepared, as one would living in an earthquake or storm-prone area. For those who are more aware, there are the bigger questions of the future of human species while coping with seemingly overwhelming human problems.
Changing planetary dynamics will give rise to major storms of all kinds. Major earthquakes are forecast as well as volcanic activity that will contribute further changes for life on Earth. Atmospheric and tectonic changes will contribute to massive flooding to inland and coastal areas.
As the economic situation deteriorates, more exposures of deceit and corruption will filter out to the public, including more of the truth to the endless wars, false flag events, corruption at the highest levels, and the control over information.
Imagine the trauma and shock to many who will be discovering that their lives and those of their family before them were based on lies and distortions. Consider that most of the memes and values, which humans have identified with, are part of a complex web of deceit designed to control humans to the benefit of a small group focused on global domination. Against this background, some humans will be reacting, some cooperating, some in denial, some withdrawing, and some transcending old limitations.
Those populating Earth from now into the near future will be dealing with problems more dangerous than most humans have any notion of. This would include severe damage to the mental and emotional states of many people, the lack of meaningful knowledge and skills among those heavily urbanized, lack of social skills, damage to cellular biology from a host of barely understood poisons and radiations, deliberate sabotage of water and land as well as the food plants, urban and industrial zones that are mostly toxic sites, and so much more.
However, they will have an unusual source of help coming from a portion of those humans who have moved into a higher state of being.
The question of the future of humanity is complex and will be addressed more in part two and as an update to previous discussion on bifurcations.
Many who are focused on the spiritual evolution of humanity seem to wonder about what portion of humanity "makes it" to a higher vibrational existence and a more awakened state of awareness. This is raises many questions. One is like the "elephant in the room", that being how much of the present human population will be embodied on this version of Earth in five or ten years or so. It is an unspoken presumption among many, that spiritual awakening only concerns those living in human bodies. Such mistaken thinking does not consider spiritual growth at higher vibrational levels, nor does it consider spiritual growth beyond the limits of the embodied personality-self. In our discussions in this two-part issue we will address these questions.
Reported dreams and visions of wars and natural disasters are on the rise. For those people looking at this only intellectually, such inputs tend to be dismissed as a natural stress response. However this is not our perspective. Indeed, while there will be an increase in various stressful personal and collective impulses, the consistency and specificity of practiced "sensitives" is more than can be ignored. There are various ways that intuitive or psychically-derived information can be cross checked and at times compared with methods that exclusively examine only the 3-d human world in the near future.
In addition to the growing number of online videos on 2012 and doomsday scenarios, a number of major motion picture productions are scheduled. Themes related to 2012 include the warning and judging of humanity by powerful aliens, solar storms, massive pole shift, earthquakes, tidal waves destroying human life on earth, devastation by nuclear weapons, and a mysterious planetary body or comet that threatens to destroy life on earth. Regardless of intent or inspiration behind any of these stories, they will stimulate deep personal and collective fears at a time of major changes in society and the planetary environment, along with growing consideration of planetary contact with extra-terrestrials.
We cannot say for sure what will occur between now and 2013, although we have a general idea. However, we do not know whether it will apply to everyone on Earth or not. There are some credible sounding prophecies that have been published recently, all containing elements of truth. But none can claim they are certitudes. We do have some confidence in this: a great many will "know" what it is they need to know through their own higher inner guidance.
A Future Overview Graphic To help put into perspective the potential for reality to change, we offer this illustration from "TimeWaveZero" software. Please bear in mind that a steep downward slope doesn't mean good or bad, just rapid change. If you are attached to what has been "normal reality", then the downward intervals could be very stressful.
The period shaded in the two main yellow vertical bars highlights periods of the extreme and rapid change, although not necessarily apparent to mass awareness. The interval between the first two bars is a period of enormous change from the end of December 2008 through mid-2010 with occasional pauses and plateaus during which to briefly catch ones breath, so to speak. The period from Dec 10 2008 through early Feb 2009 continues this period of major change, most likely with greater effect on mass awareness.

A few additional points: From now until the early part of 2009, the possible use of nuclear bombs or missiles grows. It is impossible to say whether this is connected with manipulations of India and Pakistan, Israel and Iran, an accident, or false flag operation. "Nuclear" weapons have been in use for decades and are still being used, including the dispersal of tons of depleted uranium and the use of small-yield devices. Lastly, we are still anticipating some surprises around the USA elections/presidential transition and continue to look for specific indicators.
Social and political change will be the big thing for most people. For those more aware and focused on the human community, the question will be what principles and far-reaching purpose will guide their actions. In the ensuing economic crisis, many people will be obliged to find new ways to get things done that are considered part of ordinary daily life. In one future viewing, younger rubber workers took over a closed factory in the USA and were discussing how to make tires, and make them better. It was decided by the group to locate the "old timers" who could explain the details about which they lacked knowledge of. In so doing, they also learned how to make more durable and less costly tires that had been suppressed by the company owners.
Looking out to the period of the few years running up to 2012, there is so much change going on. Some of it is looking very drastic from the perspective of humans on earth. People's responses will be what they will be.
What is most significant is the level of vibrational shifting going on, including unusual phenomena, including awareness beyond the ordinary sensory range. For those people focused only on material life, they will most likely "miss" a few things since it is not likely to be on the 6pm news. At some point more and more people will "get it" and find more to existence through their higher spiritual being.
Changes in Planetary and Space Environment Mid-December 2008 was a "window" for major earthquakes, at least one of which was expected to occur in the USA. These have been anticipated for nearly two years. There is an additional window for this period extending into mid-January of 2009. Into 2009, ongoing earthquake effects are expected as are a significant rise in volcanic eruptions and dramatic coastal changes and inland flooding. One very reliable person is convinced there will not be any major earthquake in the Washington coastal zone in this window.
(Comment: I and a few people who check in with one another on these matters have mostly had "false positives" as to timing of this in 2007, as well as the expected solar energies for December 2007. We know that in reading something that seems imminent to 3-d, it can remain in the realm of probabilities of an adjacent vibrational or temporal realm. It is my sense that something significant has now shifted and that what was somehow "held back" from 3-d manifestation last year is now free to show up in the physical.)
While there is no exact location and timing identified, there are way too many intuitive and analytical sources picking up seemingly major events for December 2008 into early January 2009. The areas in North America to watch include the Pacific Northwest, Southern California, greater San Francisco Bay/Hayward/San Jose area, Hawaii, and New Madrid-Illinois area. In addition, Taiwan area, Hong Kong, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Persian Gulf areas.
From 2009 on, we can expect the development of new earth changes involving coastal and nearby lower elevation areas worldwide. Over the past few years in future viewings, I have seen the West Coast of the USA become inundated with ocean and waves. The tides ebb and flow but keep rising. Not related to glacier melt, rather it is more connected to deformations of the seafloor/thin crust areas that are related to changes deep within the earth.
Consider the rippling waves created by a pebble dropped into a pond. If you are at the edge of the water you may not notice much of a disturbance. Now what be noticed from the edge of the pond if a very large boulder dropped into it. One working hypothesis in future viewing is that the larger and more impactful (on humans) an event is in the near future, those more sensitive to these things will sense these events a few years prior. The closer in time to such large events, the greater the detail that comes through. Given the rich and consistent detail provided by many sensitives for such events over recent months, it would seem that many of these events are now "on the agenda".
As if this were not enough, storm activity is expected to increase globally. For those in the USA who are wondering "what storms", we would refer to the sudden storm events in the Southern Hemisphere as well as the enormous cyclones/typhoons that have affected people on the other side of the Pacific Rim. It would be reasonable to connect these increased storm activities in 2009 with the influx of new space energies, solar and otherwise. The predicted deep cold winter weather has now arrived, along with much snow in unexpected places.
We need to remember that our planet and solar system is now beginning to traverse a region of the galaxy that is very new to us. It is no coincidence that there have been several dramatic discoveries by space scientists in recent months. (See link: http://newearthsummit.org/forum/index.ph....g3777#msg3777).
Humans are affected by solar and space energies in various ways depending on the nature of the emissions and personal predisposition. Headaches, nausea, extreme forgetfulness, dizziness, time and space disorientation, emotional stress toward upset or anger, are examples that we have noticed over the years in comparing these effects with various people.
New inputs suggest that these energies will have tangible effects on some plants and animals, including human physiology. In the northern latitudes it is possible to hear the hissing and crackling of the northern lights. These new incoming energies may well generate widespread acoustic effects in the atmosphere. During major solar flares, electrical conductors can overload causing massive power and communications outages. If these new emissions carry enough power, then it is possible that there could also be interruptions in telecommunications and more.
Volcanic eruptions are being predicted by a number of different sources to be come more prominent in the period of 2009-2010. Some will be triggered by earthquake activity, some by larger planetary scale forces, including space energies that influence earth's internal dynamics.
Coastal Effects For a few years we have been aware of the high likelihood of planetary wide coastal changes, initially due to increases in seal level due to deformations of the submarine crust displacing the oceans. In future viewing these effects it appears as an inexorable inundations of tidal waters. Tides ebb and flow, but the water levels keep rising. Earthquakes and changes to the relative elevations of portions of land masses result in additional coastal and inland flooding, occasionally with large waves. Additional effects will be connected to changes to the ocean dynamics. This is also being forecast by Halfpasthuman (http://www.halfpasthuman.com) in their linguistics forecast as something that will span a period of months, beginning summer of 2009. We have also noted what appears to be a portion of the Great Lakes causing widespread flooding in the Midwest, possibly due to changes in the underlying geology. Recent quakes in Illinois preceded unusual upwelling of groundwater that caused significant flooding. This may have provided a hint of what could come.
Around the turn of the millennium, the U.N. estimated that 3.2 billion people lived in a coastal zone on the average 200 km wide. In Asia there were estimated to be 2 billion (including China with nearly 600 to 800 million and Japan with 100 million). South America's west coast zone has an estimated 40 million in a narrow coastal zone; 30 to 40 million in the Sao Paulo/Rio de Janeiro coastal zone; Caribbean 200 million; Mediterranean urban zone at more than 150 million; and in the USA, 200 million people if the Great Lakes are included; etc.
Imagine the effects of the flooding of these areas. In some ways, advocates of a global warming threat have worked out some of these effects. The resulting diaspora of people moving inland and to higher ground will place impossible strains on a fragile social fabric. The pressures on food growing will be enormous. The potential for many deaths from disease and other causes will be very great.
One response will be to heavily promote the global warming agenda. This in turn will be used to push rapid changes in society - all under the direction and to the benefit of the powers that be. The USA administration will be a willing supporter as will some of the practiced social base, including those who identify with the new age/ new thought, global warming fear campaigns, and a host of others. By the time people begin to catch on that this is all wrong and that perhaps they are being manipulated for nefarious purposes, it will be too late as they will have willingly or reluctantly embraced the final stages of global control schemes by those who have worked toward this for generations.
Pole Shift, Tilt Shift, and Crustal Shift We are including this topic now since it has come up repeatedly for me in viewing the near term future, and has been the subject of various discussion, including movie themes. So it is something for people to consider today since it raises so many profound questions as to ones' purpose in being and relationship to planetary firmament.
There are many scenarios that various people have worked out, ranging from small (1-degree) to large (90-degree) changes in the relationship between the earth's spin axis and land surface reference points. These scenarios include the possibility of the crust or lithosphere shifting relative to the spin axis and or the earth core. (So Montana might come closer to equatorial?) A rare few have addressed a change in the angle (tilt) of earth's spin axis. The likelihood of a combination of all these effects and major surface elevation changes is quite possible. It would be such a major event that there would be little for the majority of humans to do that would secure their physical existence. Some would head to areas with greater potential of physical survivability, but there would be no way to predict how any locale would fare. Those guided by their higher self would be most likely do well in the aftermath.
When this could occur is impossible to say. However, it is my sense that this could occur be between 2012 and 2036. There are differing perceptions of the timelines that may govern bifurcating realities.
In exchanging ideas with a few people who have given the pole shift question serious study, most are of the opinion that when such a change occurs, it would happen fairly quickly, perhaps in a few days. As I see it, there is the possibility of an initial period of small shifts that eventually resolves into a larger pole shift. No one has a corner on these "future facts". What does seem to be in general agreement is the likelihood of a shift in the earth's axis in the not too distant future. Factors that may contribute to such a major event would include internal changes to the earth, a major change in ice distribution in the near-arctic and Antarctic zones, and the influence of space objects and radiations.
Perhaps even more reason to get our lives in good order, and find deep inside what is most important to ourselves as spiritual beings and to our existence as humans.
You may wonder, is there more? A few individuals I know (myself included) have had future views of the earth changing its orbit. I can only speculate what the circumstances might be. David Talbot and colleagues developed a very credible analysis that shows that Earth occupied a far different position in the solar system (see "Remembering the End of the World" at http://www.thunderbolts.info/online_videos.htm as well as their other related material). Ken Carey, in his book, "The Third Millennium", projected a scenario looking out several centuries for earth leaving orbit in his book Third Millennium. In it he described one version of a spiritually advanced humanity.
Economy and Society We address the economic crisis in a separate article in this issue (see Global Economic Crisis is Not What It Seems) because of its importance as a catalyst for change. For those who are focused on creating a more spiritually evolved existence, one free of the dark forces and the-powers-that-be, being aware of this aspect of human reality can make it easier to detach from hopelessly naïve hopes for "economic recovery" or "world peace" under the "matrix world order".
The final looting of the global populace is underway by a global plutarchy that has no special national or political affinities. By 2011-2012, the world will be changing in ways that will most likely not favor the re-emergence of what presently comprises the top echelon of the global powers that be. They know this, and will do everything in their power to grab all they can globally in ways that do not prematurely trigger social revolutions. We are in a period of great uncertainty with regard to the planetary environment and the main goal of the-powers-that-be is to quickly consolidate their control over natural and human "assets" in order to better ride out this period of enormous changes to the planetary environment. Their arrogant notion is that they will re-emerge as masters of the world.
Trillions of dollars have gone "missing" in recent years, transferred out of reach of domestic forces and used in the construction of underground and other facilities designed to protect the powers that be and those they bring along to serve them. Meanwhile, we see various branches of those who would be masters of the world in competition with one another, like a mad dash at musical chairs before the music stops. It is not likely that all of them will have "seats at the table" when all is said and done. As one reads of financial losses, bear in mind that if you have billions and you lose 90% of it, your still have hundreds of millions, if you have relatively little and you lose half of it or more, then you really have nothing. Thus it is not a matter of absolute value of wealth, but rather your relative position. Even more importantly, it is the net wealth that you control, if through political or other leverage. So you see it is fairly easy to impoverish entire nations and industries when the time comes to do so. And it has. When governments and businesses are most desperate for more of the money-drug, those who have retained their control will then dictate the most onerous terms.
The economic destruction is but one of a a number of artificially created and/or engineered crises, including the "global warming" campaign. These were all developed to engender greater fears of greater threats. All these do is mask the true nature of the global controllers and their agendas and to engineer social memes to get people to passively or actively allow "whatever it takes" on the part of the powers that be to maintain the illusions of "life". Part of this strategy is to install a sufficiently "popular" figurehead. This was accomplished through a deliberate set-up in the USA elections that would result in only one candidate being overwhelmingly preferred over all others.
Create a social and economic crisis, then create and set up a figurehead to oversee social and economic restructuring in its aftermath. The USA elections were a set-up from the start with absurd choices for the intermediate and finalist "caricature candidates". This was a new and brilliant twist by the-powers-that-be in engineering the national elections. It cleverly avoids the problems of vote fraud accusations since an obvious enough majority voted for the preferred "packaged candidate". Regardless of who would be elected, there is nothing anyone can do to prevent economic collapse. The new USA administration is being positioned to continue existing policies relative to economic and military matters and most importantly, the larger global agendas of the-powers-that-be.
In the course of the elections, certain imbedded social divisions were reinforced in such a way as to set-up the possibility for social unrest as economic and other crises overtake people. This imbedded potential is not unlike the differences that are encouraged within any country that is the target of "hostile acquisition" by the global elite. Yes indeed, the USA is an entity that has been so targeted. First comes the massive looting of what material and monetary wealth can be taken. Another term for this would be the intensifying concentration of capital while destroying what is targeted for destruction. Soon enough there will come a new falsehood campaign calling for everyone to "sacrifice for the good of the country", for the "good of the environment", etc. And then comes civil unrest that in turns leads many people into allowing "whatever it takes" to restore "order"; and leading others into defending by force what they believe to be their rights. This will be one of several trigger events for some level of martial law to be put into effect in the USA and other countries .
The economic crisis has only begun and it will get much, much worse. Yes, it is an engineered crisis, part of what could be called the final looting of humanity by the global elite who seek to consolidate and focus their control over the world. More importantly, though, it is an "as below" reflection of greater changes to our existence and place in the cosmos.
The domestic and global economic situation will deteriorate more rapidly than most people would care to imagine. The effects will be uneven depending on local conditions and size of territory. The USA will be one of the areas of the world to be affected the worst, and yet there will be pockets here and there that will weather the crisis better than most.
From this December and over the coming few years, the economic decline will continue to worsen. By mid 2009, it will be recognized that there will be no "recovery" as most would equate it to a return to a previously known state of material abundance. The domestic cost of goods in US dollars will rise dramatically for a period. Some will call it the start of hyperinflation, however it is regarded, this will be cause much hardship, affecting the availability of money, food, clothing, and other necessities. This implies more rash acts of aggression that set up false conflicts between various people and the perception of "national interests"
As the old ways breakdown, people will act, hubris will be seen for what it is, and decisions will be made by those in power with terrible consequences.

Since the start of the 20th century and more plainly since WW2, an ever-evolving "plan" has been underway that would allow the-powers-that-be to increase their control over a willing humanity. The plan also provided for a gradual "scorched earth" policy as a failsafe in the event the-powers-that-be and the dark forces lost control over earth and humans. The evidence of this is before us: profound damage to food, animals, and ecosystems; to water, air, land, and ethers; and to human cellular, mental and emotional functions. This is more than arrogance of the uncaring and the selfish, it is something that has been and is deliberately facilitated by the-powers-that-be. The "ethers" would be poisoned with electromagnetic radiations, diverse addictions encouraged, and the ability to exercise independent will and choice shut down. Those who could become attracted to something far afield, such as non-religious spirituality, would be controlled by various tendencies that would never threaten the matrix world order, and only support it.
A central concept has been to identify and facilitate, in every way possible, a scenario in which the level of global threat is so great that humans will beg or otherwise allow officialdom to enact drastic measures. Global climate change, political "-isms", over-population, threats from space by aliens or asteroids, nuclear threats, and others notions were all given consideration. Global warming eventually became the preferred lead threat. Manufactured "terrorism" and false flag events were also introduced to accelerate events. Part of the process includes the deliberate challenge to and disintegration of "traditional" social norms, to condition people to accept change. There were also modes of social programming developed to attract and then control those most likely to "look outside of the box". Most people would accept some or most of this social programming. They would do so because of the prevalent mind and meme control that has so brilliantly set-up a way of life and social values based upon layers of lies and falsehoods so deep as to be impenetrable by 99% of people.
Such is the "matrix world order". It is this same social engineering that creates and utilizes memes such as "traditionalism" and pits it against "modernism"; "socialism" versus "capitalism"; and many other false dichotomies. Thus humans can be readily caught up in a battle of words and wits, and when useful to the-powers-that-be, in military conflicts over these artifices.
Fascism is capitalism with the functional merging of power of the state with the power of private capital. How it expresses itself comes later. But millions of people fought and died in WW2 led into believing that they were fighting the axis of fascism and that the axis of the "allies" were the good guys, little knowing that the top echelon of globalists set the terms for the nations and all were involved in creating this false dichotomy in the first place. Over all this were various higher dimensional forces of the dark and the light.
Let us also be aware that the-powers-that-be are taking a risk by engaging in wholesale looting and betting their kingdom in this process. They are already making some of their erstwhile lower minions very nervous, especially since not all are guaranteed "safe passage" or "get out of jail free passes" under the full protection of TPTB. As a result some secrets will come out and some will find what remains of their "moral compass" and refuse to take orders. We will see this occurring at many levels; production workers seizing plants; county sheriffs refusing to enforce winter evictions; and high level officials breaking ranks and "spilling the beans".
One big risk of the TPTB is that they are undermining portions of their system of control while creating a new system of control to replace it. They do not have absolute power over people and so they risk losing control during the interim period of "switchover". They are also very nervous about something they cannot control: planetary wide physical changes and the growth of spiritual consciousness.
In the midst of the coming economic depression and social turmoil, there will be various ways to distract people from shifting to a new mode of being. Planetary changes will be "spun" to boost the profile of the global warming threat campaign. This will be linked to the economic crises. The combination of these will be to persuade people to beg for and to at least tolerate all manner of draconian measures that of course will mainly be to serve the ruling circles in pursuit of global control. Oil prices are low now, but oil prices are also being used as economic weapons. Eventually in 2009 there will be a large increase in the prices of petroleum products. If you really need fuel or heating oil or manufacturing feedstocks, in the USA, there will high prices - made worse by the loss in value of the US dollar.
If this is not enough, there are plans afoot to distract people with space exploration initiatives as well as revelations of alien/ET contact that would favor the-powers-that-be. This latter point will most likely be tied into general fear factors. Many, especially those in new age/new thought/ET/UFO/tendencies, will mistakenly welcome the initial disclosures as if they were actually the truth. But it will only be a more intense misdirection and disinformation campaign than presently exists. Many marginalized people will come forward as "insiders" hoping to cash in on the hunger for truth as well as people's gullibility. Many will be no better than carnival barkers, as are so many of these people already so positioned. All that needs to be said about this now is "caution". As more people wake up to their true nature, they will know the truth about our reality. They will not need any external authority.
For the vast majority, conditions will become intolerable and with the concentrations of urban populations who are engaged in heavily engaged useless and worthless occupations and lack simple skills, the economic and other crises will be very traumatic. So much shock coming in a few months that people in general will be overwhelmed and unable to process this in any meaningful way. This is not unlike the problem of "shell-shock" syndrome suffered by combatants in war.
The shadow side of human existence is coming into greater visibility for people. The engineered economic crises are serving multiple functions: · Exposing the pathology of the "controllers" of the global power elite and in turn how their affliction has propagated to all levels of society. · Speeding the process of organizing the next state in global government under the- powers-that-be. · Dissolving much of what formerly served to distract people (consumer spending), openings occur for people to "pop out" of the system and take in a fresh perspective on their existence. Naturally, those in the global controller centers know this. · Thus they have numerous distractions and fears to keep people from connecting outside their system: global warming, false flag terrorism, wars, movie stars, threat of a police state, extra-terrestrials/UFO's, the national elections, high- definition television, endless sports games, the elusive "hope" of economic recovery, and more.
The level of corruption is rife at the lower levels as well. This is beyond officialdom, and includes those whose livelihoods depend on promotional selling: Toxic foods, toxic debt, toxic investments, toxic memes, etc., the list is endless. It is curious to reflect on the significance of the USA having the highest incarcerated population per capita of any country in the world, where torture, corruptions, and murder are routine, and that the vice president of the nation is an owner of such private prison operations, as named in recent criminal lawsuits.
The "dark matrix control system" itself will be "pulling the plug" on large numbers of people as its control capacity shifts to the next level of global control. The social, political, and economic crises, soon to be compounded by changes in the planetary environment will trigger many to reject "the system". At the same time there will be many who, out of habituation, will reactively grasp at what they can, simply to be reconnected to the old system. There is little to be done for those at first, except to gently remind and show them that there are better ways to exist. The question is how will people live? Most importantly, what will be the foundational elements, core guiding principles, and what beliefs will people in a process of change value the most?
It is up to people to be choosing for themselves how they wish to live and evolve. The events we see coming in the next few years will cause many people, regardless of whether they are spiritually oriented or not, to seek "higher counsel", whatever that means to them. The failure of the capital-based system and the dark forces is imminent and will only worsen and disintegrate. Imagine the effect on this of a confluence of social economic crises and earth changes. Thus over a short time so many millions and millions of people will be faced with major life transforming choices, choices they will be taking very seriously for the first time in their lives.
The foundational principles and behaviors that arise from these challenging dynamics will determine much in the coming few years for a majority of humanity.
Changes in the Human Social Environment With the deepening of various crises faced by humanity, so many who are concerned over the wellbeing of themselves and others will find a deeper challenge: How to focus on spiritual evolution in the midst of all this.
There are a host of problems and challenges associated with economic dislocation and general social stress that have barely surfaced. As the crises grow, existing social bifurcations we have described previously will become more apparent. Food shortages due to economic conditions and changes in the planetary environment will become a serious matter in many areas. The issue of forced evictions and homelessness is becoming a moral issue and a few county sheriffs in mid-west states have refused to obey orders. The question of those who are economically displaced taking over abandoned houses and commercial buildings has already begun and is likely to escalate. This alone becomes a major challenge to the social meme of the rights of private property and capital. Interest in urban gardening is growing and so are food cooperatives. Prolonged unemployment will encourage many to find new ways to use their time and skills. Social conflicts, between people and more so between upset citizenry and officialdom, will grow and so does the potential for violent conflicts.
New economic activities will emerge, primarily as local cooperative efforts. New importance will be placed on repair, salvage, and recycling and the requisite skills. Food growing and distribution will take on new significance in rural and urban areas. Economical health care/maintenance will come into conflict with establishment institutions. In some locales there are home based or community-wide alternative communities emerging. (This is different from land-based intentional communities and have much wider applicability.) In effect these are transition communities forming within existing geographic communities.
For those seemingly trapped in an urbanized mode of existence, conditioned around consumerism and mind-numbing distractions, it may seem a practical impossibility to disengage from life in the "matrix world". Yet it is possible to continue going through some motions of ones income related activities, yet consciously be in the process of disengagement and preparation for a new life. This would add new significance to the expression, "being on the earth, but not of it".
Exposures of the malevolence and callousness of those in powerful positions will further change people's perceptions. Deeply traumatic will be the growing realization that the basic premises of their life have been lies, as has been their parents' and those before, etc. Then comes a realization that what they have been projecting for their children has been based on lies they were conditioned to accept as truths. This is a level of social shock that can help propel people out of the old ways and on the road to discovering and creating new ways of being. It can also trigger psychoses on a mass scale.
The economic and political crises have been planned and engineered as a last rush to concentrate wealth and power. This is all part of a larger thrust by the powers that be as they engage in a final push for global control before "the music stops". Some of "missing trillions" have been used for secret facilities designed to protect the interests of the elite. No amount of "show trials" or social turmoil can restore social and personal illusions, nor should it.
It is quite understandable that many would choose to "fight the system" while others will try to create new modes of society. It is also very understandable that many would withdraw into a quiet existence, some out of fear or worry, others out of a need to pay greater attention to their inner being. For those who are called by their inner or higher self to consider there is more to their individuated and greater existence than there is in this present human form, these can be very challenging times given the strong attraction physicality and social life can have.
The entirety of the old ways are based upon falsehoods upon falsehoods, layered so deeply it is nearly impossible to ever learn the true details of events.
For those who can take a deep breath and consider the larger picture, what matters is what one intends and does from now on.
To what extent will people recognize the falsehoods they have been living under and create new ways of being with one another and this planet? That is a big question and an immense challenge for enough of humanity to continue on and learn to evolve and grow as embodied spiritual beings or not. For those who do not need to comprehend all this, it is directly a matter of detaching oneself from reaction and fear and a matter of connecting to ones higher self and Source.
Blame and Shame? If all you ever knew was a lie, then how could you be held responsible for acting wrongly? Yet at the same time, each is responsible to be able to recognize and acknowledge what is "unright".
Not surprisingly, there will be a dramatic rise in reaction against those who have become known as "the-powers-that-be" and their representatives. As elements of society look for the source of the problems and look for ways to allocate blame and responsibility, there will be much misdirection, both deliberate and inadvertent. Of course so many of those who have much wealth and influence are trapped in the confines of the "matrix world order" as well.
As the crises (plural) deepen, there will also be a dramatic rise in outward and self-blame on the part of humans for the ills and ruin of society and the planetary environment. Already common are expressions by commentators condemning the "sheeple" for "allowing" the present situation. Others decry the lack of voting participation in the USA overall. And of course there is the "blame" placed on "Congress" and the low quality of elected and appointed people who dominate government. Where does this end?
Such blame and shaming can be extended to the oppression of Blacks by Blacks who were complicit with white European slavers, the heritage of white Europeans supporting and thriving from the systematic destruction of the indigenous people of North America, and on and on. This would include nearly all racial, ethnic, religious, or nationalistic facets of humanity that has found itself a focal point for conflict and suffering.
If all you ever knew was a lie, then how could you be held responsible for acting wrongly? Yet at the same time, each is responsible to be able to recognize and acknowledge what is "unright". "Responsibility" in this context has a very different vibrational quality than that of "judgment", that is commonly associated with the concept of responsibility.
An informed compassionate perspective would see that humans, in so many ways for such a long time, knew no better and were heavily manipulated from all corners of life and beyond. Some would argue against this saying this is tantamount to saying humans are not responsible for any of their problems, and thus do not need to learn right from wrong. Not so. Those who acted thus and so are indeed responsible, but in a limited manner. If all people knew was to drink from a poisoned well, get sick and die, and that they were taught that this is normal, how things have always been, then who could they know better? They would be a product of distortions not of their origination.
The ultimate in "blame and shame" comes from the dark forces and their human agents in the religions and the new age tendencies. This lie misinforms that humans created the dark forces and all that implies, including all the problems and ills of the human society over the ages. This lie hides another lie, that is the claim that there are no dark forces, they are after all "servants" of the true light. This is further extended by the dark positioning itself as representing the true Light, imputing they are to be worshipped or acknowledged as true creator gods. These themes are all founded on separation of Earth and humans and this corner of creation from true Light. The dark need humans so they can feed off the true Light that humans carry within them. This is something that the dark forces do not have direct access to. Hence their drive for control over whatever they can of true Creation.
Recently certain popular spiritual figures have stated that if people do not put their full energy and support behind Obama, then things will get much worse and people will only have themselves to blame. Some of these people even paint rosy pictures of some miraculous change over the world of human society including financial. These are all deliberate "set-ups so that when things continue to fail and result in hardships, then a significant breakdown occurs in the will of people. This in turn leads to a more thorough breakdown of every facet of social cohesion, from personal relationships to the illusion of national identities.
While individual humans are responsible at certain levels for their intentions and actions, collectively this is not the case for humanity, given the terrible nature of the control distortions placed upon so many generations from forces outside of ordinary social reality. The vast majority of humans contain the spark of Light from original Creator: it is this that the dark forces most seek to capture and control. It has been the process of control and parasitism that is primarily responsible for the terrible condition of humanity today.
For those who are looking beyond the veil of social miasms, the question is one of profound intent, for their existence and that of humanity.
Real "Change" Detaching from all the issues and problems of humanity's present existence may seem nearly impossible at times, but it is supremely necessary to do so.
While this presents a major quandary for many, at some point, ones' awareness can encompass these problems and begin to move beyond a state of limitation. The old ways cannot possibly serve to propel one to a new existence, except by repulsion. Sooner or later there is that which compels through a beckoning to something other, an awakening, a reconnection to one's higher nature as a spiritual being, and that is not limited by physicality.
There will be those who persevere with new cooperative modes of social and economic life. Major questions they will face include direct and cooperative actions to address basic problems of food, water, shelter, and other necessities. Those who have access to a plot of land and good soil will find that growing food is not only a practical part of daily life, but an enjoyable one. No doubt new types of food cooperatives will emerge. Some cooperatives will find ways to take over certain manufacturing and transportation. There is much potential for communities of people to creating transitional social economies.
To some this will be the start of a new existence. At first it will be challenging, but there will be those who persevere in forming new types of community. Here the guiding principles we articulated can help in the transition: trust, caring, service in a large context of connection to our true nature as spiritual beings. Whatever the choices and actions people engage in, there is so much more to existence than re-organizing the means of production and distribution for greater social and environmental benefit. It is the larger context of our higher spiritual nature that is beckoning for our reconnection to our greater self.
Humanity is a collection of "individual affinities" that get shaped, molded, and controlled by a deliberate and self-maintaining process of "meme-engineering". The people of the USA, as in most of the "developed" world, are part of a social fabric based on myths and lies, comprising a society based upon consumption, and overseen by a hierarchy of individuals whose first allegiance is to "Mammon" and themselves. It is amazing that ordinary people will act out of simple goodness and caring. Yet they do and all is not lost.
For all those of officialdom who refuse the unrightness of eviction orders against people with nowhere to go, there are also those who advocate harsh "social Darwinism" and the right of capital. While there are humans torturing and depriving others of their human existence, the mass of humanity cannot and will not move ahead into a higher vibrational state.
Those humans who do vibrate at a higher level and who are called to spiritual evolution cannot hold themselves back through some misguided "survivor guilt" or misguided "compassion". The solution for humanity will be through those who deliberately move into a higher order of awareness and existence. They in turn become bridges for many more, and on and on.
Humanity's salvation is through recognition and acknowledgement of all that has been experienced since the very beginning. What is of value and serves spiritual evolution remains, what is not of value and does not serve, must be let go of. This applies at the level of each human as well as the collective of humanity.
Transformation In the midst of chaos and systemic breakdown, something new is occurring that at first is only noticed by those who are most attentive. Soon enough it will become more visible. Gradually this will spread to more who are open and ready for a major change in their existence.
Around the end of October, we began noticing an aqueduct of corrective energies emanating from the highest levels of Source and -- after much difficulty getting through - flowing within levels of the human higher self. This "cosmic correction current" that has descended to be near us is being processed through the higher self, clearing and healing the higher self, and downloading into the human personality self while it proceeds with clearing, healing, and "anti-dark inoculations". It carries new "operating system downloads", complete with new light codes - and the capacity of Divine Grace and Absolution.
In the awakening, there comes the capacity to acknowledge and recognize all that has been and that is of the human existence on Earth. As the transformational process unfolds, a quality of Absolution occurs, granted by our awakened selves in re-connection with original Source. I would call it "God-Self-Absolution". It is interesting to reflect on meanings of the expressions: "The Absolute", "Absolve", and "Absolution". This process has many similarities to the more profound levels of near-death experiences that have been reported by those who "return". One of the most dramatic is how very changed are one's perceptions of and interactions with "reality". Another dramatic quality is the level of discerning compassion.
The qualities of this "God-Self-Absolution" are very important in helping a larger measure of humanity "make it " through the process and not become mired in shame and blame that comes with only a partial and limited comprehension. This is discussed in this issue under the section in part two on transformation and awakening.
Our spiritual nature and true existence remains an abstract mystery to so many people. It is thus that they cannot help themselves as to their responses to the situations and circumstances of human life. It is true that at the very least, people can take responsibility whether their intentions and actions are for highest good or not. However, there is so much ingrained programming and many forms of real-time programming, that it is rare to find humans considering their world from an awakened or spiritually aware perspective.
The level of true spiritual response to the current process of breakdown and change will determine much of the future of humanity and this laboratory for Creation that we call Earth.
Until enough of humanity becomes reconnected with their true nature and derive their guidance from their spiritual selves, there can be no lasting solutions to the profound problems of humanity. Meanwhile, humans will need to find ways to "get a grip" on themselves and keep their wits about them. Focusing on cooperative community based on trust, caring, service is one place to start.
Global awakening to our true spiritual nature is paramount, and yet it cannot be projected as an imminent and automatic miracle for six and half billion humans who, for the most part, are unable to discern truth from influence of the falsehoods they are living under. The process will most likely unfold over a period of years: for some a few years, for others possibly a decade or so.
It is my sense that those who can move on in their spiritual growth and evolution must do so. If you choose this, there is nothing and no one to wait for, and one cannot look back. To look back is to become frozen in place. The ripple effect of the forward movement will be of great service as it will free many more who will "take flight" and enter new states of spiritual awareness that can also inform ones day-to-day existence. The multiplying effects of the awakening of some, then more, will have a powerful influence upon yet even more. It is what could be called approaching "escape velocity" to new realms of existence. This is awakening ...and more.

What is Ascension?
The following are from Linda Johnson who spent over 2 years in the Spiritual School of Ascensions' Group Mastery Program. She and her husband, Ted, have their own site offering courses and products. They also post their own articles, including those from the SSOA. Her first article explains ascension. The second tells who the mapmakers are at the SSOA and what they do. It also includes somewhat of a review of what these mapmakers have uncovered from Earth's past. The third article, Ascending into the New Earth, informs us that the 'Golden Age' is something that is not going to happen overnight. It is a process and a consensus reality unique to each individual as they raise their vibration. The SSOA teaches that Ascension is a physical process which calls for commitment to the process for future generations. This is where I feel the SSOA offers a much more realistic version of ascension. Too many messages from others imply that one merely needs to wait for the 'Golden Age' to arrive or that benevolent ETs will land and usher in the new age......Michelle

Ascension simply means 'going up'. Ascending rather than descending.
What is going up? Earth's vibration or frequency. Think of Earth as part of a big cycle that has moved down to its' lowest point and then starts to go back up again. As the vibration has gone down, things have got denser and denser, slower and slower. The bandwidth of frequency, or dimension Earth sits in is determined by how dense and slow she is. Earth has hit the bottom in the third dimension and cannot exist any lower. The only way is up. However, try not to think of 'up' as being another place but rather a higher vibration (or octave) co-existing in the same place that we are now... just made of finer stuff.
Planet Earth is not just a lump of rock floating in space. Planet Earth is the body for the consciousness known by many as The Earth Mother. It's not that names are particularly important, but it is important that one understands that 'Earth' is a living, breathing, thinking, loving being. Just because her body is bigger than yours and made of different materials doesn't mean she doesn't feel the pain and dis-ease of the humans that pollute her, dig up her minerals, scar her body, block her energy lines and fight over her like fleas fighting over the dog.
The same goes for the animal kingdoms, plants and minerals. They are all living beings, yet used and abused without a thought by humans. How did we get to be so disconnected?
Humans have a separate 'hologram' of existence to Earth and all the other kingdoms. It's like humans are living in a separate invisible bubble. Earth and the other kingdoms understand each other and communicate because they are in a different bubble of their own. Humans, (particularly those in the 'western/white' part of the human bubble) in their separation and inability to communicate believe that they are here to have dominion over the other kingdoms, and even the other humans, since they think they are more advanced. They just filled the void of their lack of communication with gadgets and think that is the way to evolve.
Alas, it is the humans who are 'out of sync' with everything else. Over thousands and thousands of years they have repeated the same patterns of destruction, war, dominion and slavery on each other as well as over the other kingdoms. They have built up civilizations that self-destructed again and again and again. Each time they have failed to learn anything and blindly continue the same patterns. Past civilizations have ended in nuclear war making great deserts where the nature kingdoms and elements will not live. This is why nothing grows there. Each nuclear war has led to a loss of vibration for Earth and all her kingdoms, as well as losses of genetic material leading to disease and shortened lifespans. The loss of whole civilizations means that the humans even forget there were previous civilizations at all, and as the survivors have to start again from nothing the memories disappear into myth over the generations.
Contrary to what science would have you believe, we are not the pinnacle of evolution. We are a sad remnant of a separate seeded race that has sunk so low that even soul does not inhabit some humans. We have made Earth and all other kingdoms sink so low that one more nuclear war will push soul completely out of Earth and she will go extinct. Already most of our food and farm animals are soulless - just living machines. SOUL EVOLVES - MACHINES DO NOT. Living machines will become sick and die and humans will have no food regardless of how many chemicals, hormones and fertilizers you throw at it.
Earth does not want to die. Earth has said "ENOUGH". I choose to live. I choose to start moving back to where I've come from. I choose to ascend.
All the other species on Earth have said "Yes, we will ascend with you."
Humanity sits in front of the television or pulls out its' guns and starts shooting each other.
Sad, isn't it?
For a while now Earth has been ascending while most of humanity is still watching TV or killing each other. As Earth ascends and starts vibrating at a higher rate she starts to heat up here and there. Humans watch it all on TV and think that somebody should do something about it.... before they change channels to watch the war.
Earth continues to try and expand at an even rate but there are huge blockages in her energy flow where large numbers of humans sit at a very low vibration in cities. How to wake them up? Several methods were tested but as humans were not aware, they lost the vibration as quickly as it was given. Enter the elements. The elements - air, water, fire and earth - agreed to administer the information and vibrations needed to humanity. After all, humans had to breathe, drink, feel the sun and walk on the land. They could not avoid contact with the elements every day.
So the elements started waking up humanity. Slowly but surely large numbers of people woke up a little bit. This took a huge amount of stress off the cities meaning many of the 'natural disasters' that had been predicted did not need to happen at this time. People started getting a little bit interested in spirituality, ecology, world peace, alleviating poverty, organic farming, leaving the rat race, questioning the current world leaders and the corruption and imbalance of banks, governments and big business. And people will continue to do this as more wake up and start unconsciously ascending with Earth.
As the future generations of children come in at higher and higher vibrationary rates they will be very different to the children of the past who sit in front of the TV and play with their toy guns. Parents take note - these ascending children are the leaders of the future and they will teach YOU. Don't try and mold them to repeat the same kind of patterns that we are leaving behind. Don't fill them full of drugs thinking there's somthing wrong with them because they won't conform. Allow them their creativity, take them into nature. Encourage their love and respect the Earth, all kingdoms and each other. They are free spirits.
Can you imagine what a changed world we could have in one or two generations?
So Earth will continue to rise in vibration along with all the other kingdoms. How hard this change is for humanity depends on our ability to understand, adapt and go with the flow. In order to make a new world and new way of living and relating to each other, many of the old institutions and ways of doing things will die, along with the people unable to change.
We cannot have a new world with the same old people in it. One can see that the ideals of the sixties, communism or communes ultimately failed as the old patterns of greed, corruption and politics crept in. It is as the old patterns are left behind that people can co-exist in peace.
As people rise in vibration they start to balance out the polarity that is a part of their makeup. Things that once seemed black and white, good and bad, right or wrong, start to become shades of grey. Questions are asked. Information is sought. For a while they may swing in the other direction but they will ultimately come to balance as they continue to go up in vibration with Earth. This means that those with extreme polarisation, extreme views and actions who cannot ascend are the ones that will be left behind and ultimately die out. The ascending ones shall keep pace with Earth and have ascending children that will carry on where they left off.
It is in the balancing of the extremes into unity in all aspects of one's life comes into balance both within and as expressed in the life around them. This is not a forced thing - it comes naturally to those who are ascending, along with an increase in consciousness.
Can you imagine living in a society where people honoured each other, employed conscious farming techniques that honoured the land and the animals without poisons and toxins, where people lived in abundance without feeling the need to hoard or leave others hungry? This will eventually come naturally to ascending people without the need for lots of rules or politics, man-made laws or old style governments. Not everyone may wish to live on the land, but small businesses and personal service could return, non polluting vehicles could be made, small banks that look after customers could be started. All these could be done in honour and in intending equal balance between giving and receiving (abundance).
People have dreamed about these possibilities for years but without the vibrational changes now available they had been kept in place by the old patterns and the old system. Not any more! Those perpetuating the old system will keep trying to keep it in place but it can't last...
Earth has a dream for her own future which will override humanities' dreams. As a fully conscious being Earth is manifesting this even now. Within a few short years the dream Earth is manifesting will step into the physical. If your dreams for your future dovetail where Earth is going and support her there will be support for you. If you are trying to perpetuate the old patterns they will fail. The soulless corporations will crumble. Those banks that perpetuate poverty will crumble. Those who perpetuate war will be toppled. These dreams do not support ascension and the unity and honour of others or Earth.
So do not be in fear as all the changes start happening. Concentrate and try to tune into the new world that is forming and moving it's way down into the physical as the old one is crumbling. Don't dwell on the chaos of the old one. Go within and feel where you need to be - what you should be doing. Is your life fulfilling? Do you feel like you're doing what you came here to do? Then do something about it. What you dream and think about today is your own future that is moving into the physical. Let's make it a good one by saying "I intend to ascend!"

If you've been following the ascension material you will have likely read about the 'mapmakers' of ascension. So who are these people and what exactly are they doing?
I like to explain things in everyday terms so one can form a mental picture, so forgive me if this complex and esoteric subject sounds a bit simplistic. I have to presume that many of the people reading this article are just starting their ascension, so much of the information will have to be understood in a 'mental' and theoretical way before it is actually felt and truly 'known'. Those who are doing the mapmaking, and those consciously following the map can feel the vibrational difference ascension makes right down to the physical level so it is not theoretical to them.
Think of vibrational bandwidths like different coloured liquids in a jar. The heaviest, darkest, thickest are at the bottom (the sludge). The further you move up the jar the lighter, faster moving and more rarified the substance becomes - like lighter and ligher octaves of the same thing.
Imagine this jar as a little creation. Long ago some little people were dropped in, but due to various problems, they and the other creatures and even the planet they were standing on sank lower and lower and lower until they were all in the sludge at the bottom. They all stayed there so long in this slow, dark existence they thought this was a normal state of being. From time to time rescue parties were sent to try and wake them up but their attempts were sabotaged, or the rescuers also fell into forgetfulness.
The rest of creation forgot about them as they were so far out of sight. Nobody knew they were trapped and the path they took to get there was long since erased.
Then the Earth (a living consciousness), who had completed part of a large cycle downwards, started to wake up and feel the pain and darkness. With the desire and intent she sent from below, help from above started to come. Souls who understood about ascending out of the darkness came to embody those trapped there to try and wake them up. The animals, plants, minerals and elements started to awaken and also wanted to ascend back up to where they came from... the humans however have been a bit slower to catch on.
How do we start ascending? What do we have to do? The information had long since been lost or stolen by those who had a vested interest in keeping us down in the sludge. Nobody had a map out of this place.
However, Earth was determined to 'go home' and set her intent to do so. The old souls started to come and help the planets and kingdoms retreive the lost records and information on how to ascend out. They had to start with what was already known and work their way out from the bottom up - mostly through trial and error.
One of the first things they found was that many of the creations, souls, beings and humans that had tried ascending before from this creation (before we hit the bottom of the pond) had very incomplete ascensions. This meant part of them ascended out and large chunks were left behind forgotten and unnoticed. The forgotten pieces still thought they were the original being and started thinking of themselves as gods and 'ascended' masters, and broadcast their wisdom for many thousands of years to an eager public who wanted to know there was something more than the sludge they lived in. However, closer examination will show a sameness in all these messages as they were sophisticated recordings left playing long after the original was gone. Fortunately the original beings will be picking up these pieces and integrating them as part of the overall ascension of this creation so we may yet benefit from their more complete wisdom in the future.
A COSMIC DUMPING GROUND
The ascension of this creation, which includes Earth and all kingdoms has been made particularly hard as there are beings working actively against us ascending. If you think of it in terms of your neighbourhood, in order to have a nice clean street, all the rubbish has to be dumped elsewhere, like in a landfill. In order to have a nice crime-free city, all the so-called 'bad' people have to be dumped in a jail. The bad stuff hasn't disappeared, it's just been dumped out of sight so you can have a nice clean life.
In cosmic terms, our creation is a dump. There are other creations that are able to sustain an existence in 'love and light' because our creation is holding all the darkness. Of course from our end we can't tell the difference because we've grown up thinking it's normal to be surrounded by war, danger, disease, death, torture, consumption of flesh, murder, poverty, pollution etc etc etc. That's just the way the world is! Well it's not like that on other worlds because we've got more than our fair share. And what contains all this darkness is our nice slow, low vibrationary rate. And what keeps this rate low is our own ignorance and perpetuation of the karma and patterns that keep us in the sludge.
What's going to happen if we start waking up and increasing our vibrationary rate? All the shit is going to hit the proverbial fan. All the contained darkness is going to start getting released and going back where it belongs. Of course we still have to deal with out own shit and that is more than enough to have to work on.
As you can imagine not everybody is happy seeing us starting to ascend and some of the seemingly 'willing helper' souls have turned out to be trying to lead us astray so we fail. Many other souls who have enjoyed positions of power in the non-physical are actively working against us so it has been a very tough battle so far, but we are making headway.
CLEARING THE KARMA
In order to ascend, all the accumulated karma in this creation has to be cleared. Earth is clearing hers, the animals, plants, minerals and elements are clearing theirs. And humans, who have accumulated heaps of karma are supposed to be clearing theirs. As you know most people die before they can clear their karma, and with the amnesia in the next life they tend over time to accumulate far more than they clear. This of course keeps us all nicely contained in the sludge.
Since most humans have not woken up, the clearing of human ancestral karma (not the karma you generate yourself) has become one of the jobs of the mapmakers, and those mapfollowers willing to work in this area. As each human is related to many thousands of others, you can work on clearing karma not only for yourself but also back through your ancestral lineages. As you start going up in vibration you can access lineages further and further back - which existed originally at a higher vibration. Clearing the karma there makes available karma-free lineages for future children to be born into. Lineages that have shown to be non conducive to ascension will be phased out for future births. This is how humanity as a species (and the other creatures) are going to have babies born at higher vibrational rates and already ascending. This is how the future of earth can be a peaceful, loving place full of people who honour each other and the earth - not by transplanting the current batch of humans to a clean planet where they will just repeat the same old patterns.
SEEDED FOR ASCENSION
The humans currently alive on earth are an ancestral remnant of various races of humans who have come and gone from this creation and many are mixed with each other to some degree - both genetically and holographically. How far one's genetic tree goes back determines the kind of ascension work and karma they are likely to work on. Many of the humans alive today are descended from breeding programs during the era of the Annanuki and/or Atlantis and may have little or no 'red' genetics. They are more likely to be interested in Atlantis, Egypt and the technological side of our human history and could work on releasing karma associated with these eras.
Those who have predominantly 'red' genetics - native or indiginous people are more likely to be working on their own ascensions through their own ancestors and traditions as there is much more rememberance of unity in these cultures.
The mapmakers that are being gathered by groups such as The Spiritual School of Ascension tend to be predominantly 'white' in this life, however many have ancient ancestral 'red' lineages back to a time when people knew how to ascend, even though they may not look native in this far removed lifetime. Their mixture of red and white lineages puts them in a good position to release the karma off the white lineages, while building a bridge to the red for others who come after them.
The 'white' people who colonised earth long ago from the Pleiades did not have the genetic information for complete ascension, and subsequent breeding programs made sure their workers wouldn't have the ability or desire to wake up at all. This is why it has been very hard to get people awakened particularly in the west. However finding people who can bridge the white ancestral tree back to the earlier colonised 'red' race (which came in at a higher vibrational rate and knew how to ascend) will make a map for future western and mixed children to be able to ascend - even if their parents do not. Most of the native races have the genetic information already to have ascending babies. Future children of all races will know and understand that all humans are one species that had been separated and will again be united.
Through several generations of preparation, births were orchestrated bringing various lineages together and souls embodied those who were seeded for ascension. From about 1951 many future mapmakers and mapfollowers were born. Of course once they came into this world many of them forgot, but as they became adults they were guided more and more to spiritual information and a seeming quest for 'something' long forgotten. I have talked to many people who once they stumble (or are guided with a push) to ascension information suddenly realise this is why they are here and can't get enough.
There are many people seeded for ascension that may never have heard of it. These will move up in vibration unconsciously to one of the lower thresholds of vibration, perhaps sparking an interest in new age topics, world peace etc. They will move out of the worst of the density - the polarity of right and wrong, good and bad, and view the world in a more balanced way that many others around them. The fact that they are not vibrating at the lowest rate means they have taken pressure off earth, who is ascending around them, and also eased the pressure on their own fields.
FOLLOWING THE MAP
The map followers are those consciously working on ascension, usually meditating, releasing karma, retrieving records, working on living an ascending lifestyle and may be aware of the ascension material and updates available which helps to keep them up to date with new information. So much is happening so fast in ascension you need to keep on top of it.
Due to many problems that have been uncovered during the mapmaking process, the councils governing the ascension of this creation have put restrictions on how far each person can ascend in this lifetime depending on their own personal 'mastery' of their thoughtform. As one goes up in vibration their entire field and thoughtform gets bigger and bigger and has more and more influence on those around them. If that person is unaware of what's going on in the unconscious or what entities are lurking in the field or using your energy you can do a great deal of harm. Whether you knew about it consciously or not you will incur the karma from that harm. You could inadvertently generate more karma than you are capable of clearing in a lifetime thereby sabotaging your own ascension.
In the past there have been manipulations to increase the size of the thoughtform to gain power and influence over others and also in an attempt to ascend out of here - inflation of the thoughtform. This form of ascension not only takes from others, but also splits the light and dark leaving behind the unwanted bits that have caused so much trouble in this creation. This kind of inflation will no longer be allowed so there will be some bubbles bursting over the next few years as this moves down to the physical plane.
The only way to ascend without harm was found to be mastery of the thoughtform - where every piece of darkness, karma, shattered piece of self etc was found, forgiven and incorporated into the overall field, brought back to balance, and each individual became their own 'master'. Each must become harmless on all planes so that as they increase their field of influence only unity and ascension is broadcast to assist earth and all around them to ascend. Each is assessed by the councils on the level of their own mastery of thoughtform regardless of race, species, whether they've been taught by others or worked on themselves - and will naturally gravitate to the vibrational level they have mastered. These are the 'initiation levels' - not tests set by humans on other humans - and they can go up or down.
All has to be found and become known - nothing can be left behind to cause trouble in the future. It's a slow job but we have to be thorough. And as each piece is found the lost records are recovered. More and more information comes to light on how we ended up in this predicament in the first place. It is not only the human mapmakers and mapfollowers recovering this information, but animals, dolphins and whales, plants, minerals and elements, nature kingdoms, inner earth people and other planets in this creation. All are slowly piecing themselves back together, supporting each other and finding the missing information and building a pathway out of the distortion and forgetfulness of this creation.
All the information is collated and shared by the councils overseeing ascension so that each species may benefit from what the others have learned. This is why one of the leading mapmakers, Mila (from the Spiritual School of Ascension), is able to keep bringing in new information on a regular basis that has not been previously published, and also why the information changes so fast. Things that were current a year ago may have totally changed by now.
So, a map is made by the mapmakers, checked, tested, checked and test run on test-map followers, checked again and again before it is released and made available to the public map followers at large - then often adjusted as required. Little by little the map from density and loss of consciousness humans experience at 2 strands of DNA, is released for those seeded to ascend to start to unconsciously float up. Once one has reached around 1024 strands (or initiation 1024) one must be consciously aware of what they are doing so they can work towards a state of harmlessness. At this stage there is a map released for ascending to 3000 strands (initiation 3000) - for those who have the genetic information to do so (not everybody does in their current embodiment) and are consciously working on their ascension.
Allowing humans to just float up in vibration unconsciously would quickly cause harm on a global scale and Earth will not allow anything that will sabotage her own ascension. While it was hoped early on that all humans would be able to ascend in a single lifetime, the amount of unconscious harm and outside interference, along with genetic limitations has shown this is not possible, so ascension will be generational, with each ascending generation moving further up than the one before, and keeping pace with earth.
EVERYTHING MUST ASCEND
Just intending to move back up in vibration and leave all the sludge behind is not going to work. You see, EVERYTHING has to ascend. The problems of this creation have been caused by leaving things behind others didn't want to deal with (a pattern humans are well aware of). For starters, everything that does not belong to this creation is being sent home to their own creation as they cannot ascend from this creation and are just stuck here. That gets rid of a large proportion of the problems here. Then we just need to deal with our own. You can start by intending to send back all the pieces of other people you are holding (bits of soul, entities, subtle bodies, gridwork, records) while intending to retreive your own.
We, along with all species, have to work our way back up the same way we came down - picking up the pieces of shattered soul, disentangling the gridwork, giving back all the bits of other people's subtle bodies and retrieving our own, releasing karma with everyone from this life, past lives, ancestral lives, finding lost records and information, building and maintaining our lightbody, changing our thoughtforms and unifying our polarity. You see, we are not even starting from zero. We are less than zero. We are shattered, broken, entangled and diseased (mostly from repeated nuclear war). We will spend the first few ascending generations just piecing ourselves back to full consciousness (36,000 strands) and wholeness from which we can truly start to ascend up the dimensions.
Thought you were going to ascend in a year or so? Sorry, not in this lifetime. You are the first rung on the ascending ladder for future generations. As with most pioneers, the ones who come after will have an easier time of it, but this is why you were born now - and you will experience the future you are creating now through future generations. However there are plenty of benefits from ascending even a little, so the life you live will be infinitely better and more in your control than the life you would have had at the bottom of the pond.
So all the ascension work you do will start to change you - right down to a physical level. Ascension is not like death, where the physical body is left behind. In ascension the body starts moving up in vibration and releasing the density which is why you're forever de-toxing. The lightbody, subtle bodies, etheric body and of course the physical body starts expanding which is why you're putting on weight. You will feel more, create more, think more, understand more - KNOW more as the information you are incorporating starts becoming available through your own field. And although in this lifetime your physical body may not regenerate faster than it degenerates you will notice the slowing down of the ageing process. Future generations will get to the point where they are able to keep up and regenerate - like our ancient ancestors could, and not die until they are good and ready to leave this plane by conscious choice. It will also be much easier for them being born without the inherited genetic diseases which the karma is being cleared for now.
So you can see, just following the map is a lot of work, so spare a thought for the mapmakers....
THE MAPMAKERS
I can speak from personal experience here. Having spent over 2 years in the Spiritual School of Ascensions' Group Mastery Program I felt like I packed about 20 years work and growth in a 2 year period.
I talked a little previously about personal 'mastery' of thoughtform. This is what fuels your individual ascension. It also will assist in waking up those near you or related to you through both your immediate field and the ancestral lineages you are related to. The individual ascensions of the mapmakers and mapfollowers create a pathway for other individuals of similar lineage to start ascending.
Group mastery makes a blueprint for groups of people (who also hold group karma) to ascend into unity and harmlessness. Imagine if whole countries, tribes or races started ascending unconsciously, increasing the size and influence of their exising thoughtform. Many of the group thoughtforms are filled with ancestral war, violence, dominion and unresolved karma. We don't want to increase the size of these thoughtforms as this will lead to catastrophic events. So a new map for groups also needs to be made.
The people guided to join the Group Mastery program come from all over the world and have lineages to millions of different individuals and different races, tribes and countries (even if they no longer exist in the physical). They have access to all the karma and dramas caused and received by their ancestors. By working together through daily e-mail discussions, meditation, readings, physical and dreamtime gatherings they are able to release the ancestral karma between the various lineages that has led to the current strife humanity is in today.
Just a small gathering of dedicated mapmakers can release karma that is related to many thousands or millions of people alive today. However, the people alive today are responsible for the karma they incur in this lifetime and may continue to fight it out until their deaths. What the mapmakers have done however, will benefit the incoming children as the lineages they are born to will no longer carry the genetic karma for what has been released.
For example, the work that was done last year for world peace was not just a bunch of people gathering in a circle and praying for peace. Apart from the ongoing 'intent' (not prayer) for world peace to help anchor that thoughtform, a lot of work was done to release karma from the various nuclear wars that have gone on in eras long before our current recorded history. Even though the events are long forgotten the results and the karma that caused them live on in our genetics and are passed on to each generation who just repeats the karma resulting in another nuclear war.
Releasing this karma means that the future ascending children born will not be carrying this genetic predisposition and karma for nuclear war - or war in general. Unfortunately we still have to live with the current world leaders until the new babies are old enough start making a difference - but they will start to influence those around them to awaken, along with other awakening humans, so we will see a groundswell of people caring more about peace than war. The current wars will tend to stay regional as each of the non ascending humans completes their karma for this lifetime. So you see the future peace will not come from any 'peace process' of the currently fighting humans - they are incapable of it - but from the growing influence for peace of ascending humans and incoming babies.
The karma for warfare was worked on first because several nuclear wars is what has diminished and shattered us so much genetically. If there is another nuclear war, Earth and all species, including us, would drop too low genetically to be able to ascend at all and become extinct - then everything else would be pointless. This year the mapmakers are working on releasing karma for disease and next year it will be poverty.
BECOMING A MAPMAKER
Mapmaking ascension is 'world service' - giving to help others and earth as well as oneself. But if you are thinking of doing it just to get access to information that is not published, you will be in for a shock. It's bloody hard work. I recommend you read all the published information on my site and the SSOA site first and start working with the information as a map follower. If you still feel guided to join Group Mastery you will be more use to yourself, the group and to Earth with some basic knowledge about what you're doing and why, as well as what is expected of you.
As a mapmaker your ascension is accelerated potentially to levels that are not available to the general public as yet. The further you go, the larger your potential influence. The map you make could lead thousands or millions of other people in your footsteps. You are literally a mine-clearer. You are boldly going where no man (or woman) has gone before - at least for a very long time. If you don't do your job thoroughly or are unlucky you will step on a mine and have to go back, piece yourself together and make a new path. A map cannot be released to thousands of others to follow that will lead them astray or cause ascension to fail.
Of course there are no instructions, so the information I share here I hope will be of help to new mapmakers as well as those following the map. The people leading the way are learning just as much as you - feeling their way and copping the main brunt of those trying to stop ascension. Only their intense commitment to ascension pushes them on. When they see a potential disaster they warn you. Others making the map will find things and warn the other mineclearers. There are frequently beings actively trying to stop you, looking for loopholes or ways they can tap in, and they too need to be cleared back to where they have come from and the damage repaired.
The mapmakers have no time to waste. Earth and all other kingdoms are also working at a fast pace. They all need to be at a certain average vibrationary level at certain times for passing through the stargates of the Great Central Sun and up into the next vibrationary bandwidth, or be left behind for eternity. Being pulled along by the pace of the group means your personal ascension and the changes that entails is also accelerated.
If you were just ascending at your own pace, you would change your job that don't serve when you were ready, move from non-resonant places when you feel you're ready, end relationships that no longer serve at the time you feel ready. When you are pulled along by the group you feel pressured to deal with these things often before you feel ready. You have one foot accelerating in the new consensus for ascension, while the other is struggling to hold things in place in the old that are still required to live.
I have written previously about Ascending in the Real World where I talk about the changes your guidance will prompt you to make - and that's just if you're ascending unconsciously. If you start consciously intending to ascend and following the map, the changes will have to start being made to accommodate ascension - however you'll still be stopping and starting at your own pace.
If you're serious about wanting to mapmake, start sorting out your life while you are initially learning about ascension, as you will be pulled along at a faster pace and if you haven't released old attachments the drag will not only slow you down, but impact on others who are mapmaking. Don't just read the information from a purely intellectual perspective and think mapmaking is going to be just more articles and meditation. Ascension requires living in and relating to the world in a more fluid way that will be required in the future. You can't expect to stay exactly how you are and make a map for thousands of others to follow into stagnation. Changes will be forced upon you and if you can't keep pace you will have to quit mapmaking.
Being guided to mapmake is a little like being called up for world service for a year or two. Most of the mapmakers I have met have only done this work for a year or two. They are drawn in because their lineages hold information and karma that is relevant to the work at hand. They continue their work as long as they can until their contribution is complete. For most of them the contribution involves uncovering a dangerous pattern or problem by stepping on it themselves. This saves everyone who comes after them as a safe path is made, but usually means the end of their mapmaking work. They are then released from the group to repair themselves and continue their personal ascension in their own way.
The mapmaking group is not a committee that sits around discussing what's fair and passes judgement. They are a group with a mission that is so important that they cannot be distracted from what they are doing and where they are going. They have a common purpose while they work together and unfortunately that means they often have to cut ties with those no longer mapmaking to keep any distortion out of their own fields. Many of them have also had to cut ties from families and non-ascending partners, and even children to do this job. Those getting involved in mapmaking need to understand why ties need to be cut (attachments released), and not to take it personally. The mapmakers are always grateful to those who have left for uncovering the potential disasters - and this is what they became mapmakers for - so that every path and pitfall to ascension becomes known. They all know that at some point their own mapmaking will cease and they will move on to their own work. However they have cleared the path for the next group of mapmakers to move up more rapidly to where they left off without having to encounter the same problems, thus being ready to work on the next phase of the map.
Again there are no instructions or support groups for ex-mapmakers as they are a relatively new breed. Most have reported periods of adjustment as their accelerated higher vibration is dropped back to a mapfollower level so they can be safe ascending on their own. The symptoms include feeling like moving in slow motion and moving through mud, being dazed and confused as well as feelings of rejection and abandonment as ties are cut with the group. People go from daily talks with a network of people who know what they're talking about to being all of a sudden alone with nobody understanding what they are going through. It's like letting go of a rubber band - you sort of plunge down and wobble for a while before coming back into balance. Spending time in nature as much as possible can help, and asking the Earth and nature kingdoms to help adjust your field and bring you into balance.
My own mapmaking work ceased due to the large amount of distortion that was uncovered coming through my old web site that was threatening the new consensus for ascension (written about here). This took several months to clear physically and energetically, but in removing the old site and no longer having to spend every waking hour maintaining it I now have time to spend on the things my guidance wants me to do... teaching others about ascension, running courses, doing healing. We are also making plans for moving to the country as we cannot ascend any further living in the city. The wheels were set in motion the very week I finished mapmaking as everything worked out in the right divine time.
For all the hard work and sacrifices involved I would still have to say that the time I spent mapmaking was still an immensely rewarding experience. So much spiritual information was downloaded. Years of work and information was compressed into a short space of time. I also knew that this was part of the work I came here to do so I just got stuck into it. I've had the honour and priviledge of working with people who 'walk the talk' - as living examples of true spiritual leadership in action. The information and lessons I learned will hopefully help others who are just starting their journey and help potential mapmakers do the best job they can.

Sometimes people write and ask me - "Do I have to stop watching movies?" "Do I have to sell my house?" "Do I have to leave my job to ascend?"
If you've read articles and updates from people like Mila and Oa from the Spiritual School of Ascension, you will see the sort of sacrifices that they have made in their choice to ascend. However, they have deliberately chosen to 'fast track' in order to make the map for ascension available to others, so they do what has to be done to fulfill the job they have come here to do in this lifetime.
Most other humans seeded to ascend will not get as far as Mila and Oa have in this lifetime, so the extreme sacrifices they have made will not need to be so for others. It will depend on your personal will and how much ascension means to you.
Ultimately what you will be doing as you ascend is RELEASING ATTACHMENTS. Ascension is not a religion that makes you 'give up' everything you enjoy. Ascension is a vibrational rise. As you rise in vibration some attachments will naturally start to fall away. The things that give you joy will change as you ascend so you won't be denying yourself anything. Your continual intent to ascend may bring attachments to your notice - things that will need a conscious effort to release - and once you do, you will go up in vibration another notch.
You will notice this ongoing 'stepping up' effect where the intent to release attachments will bring them to your notice to deal with. Once dealt with you will rise in vibration and no longer feel the attachment. If you don't have the attachment you don't miss the thing that was attached to it. When there is no 'pull' from the attachment cord you will not feel like you are giving up something you want, you will feel like you have released something that no longer serves. This is an important difference - giving up something you want, as opposed to releasing something that is slowing you down.
Once you have started releasing attachments you will know and understand the difference. Then you will not be in fear about what you may release in the future. Your ongoing intent to ascend at a pace you can handle will bring about the changes one step at a time. You can choose at any time to stop changing, but you will probably stop ascending. You may be prompted however by your higher self to keep ascending so the attachments will be brought to your notice.
The 'real world' for most ascending people at this time is still the one in which they must pay the mortgage, go to work, and generally spend their time doing stuff that gives them no joy. This will become more and more of a drag (literally) as you start ascending because on another level you are a part of a new world that is yet to manifest in the physical. So there is that little part of you that knows there must be a better way of living.
The first thing to realise is that the life you are living now, you can break away from. You live in a (relatively) free country and if you simplify your life you need not spend it on a treadmill. There is a story I like about a baby elephant who was chained to a post. The chain was strong and he tried and tried to get away. Eventually he gave up and got used to the fact that he was tied for life to the post. As he grew, his keepers were then able to put smaller and smaller chains on him. By the time he was fully grown he was tied by a string and never ran away because he was conditioned to believe he couldn't. If only he realised he could have just walked away...
If only we could....
Well we can! Nobody is making you do what you do except yourself. But it takes a conscious effort to change the habits of many generations.
Long ago, slaves were bred for work. These were the Homer Simpsons of their time. They plodded along every day, going to work to support a system that kept a few in power and wealth at the top and the rest living in hope while they worked their lives away. Nothing much has changed. Much of the worlds' population is descended from these slaves. We all have that side of ourselves that plods along putting up with our lot.
However, those that are seeded for ascension usually have some other ancestral lineages that remember a time when we were at one with nature and there was no such thing as 'work', when we didn't pollute the earth and kill anything that moved. These are the lineages that start to awaken as you go up in vibration - prompting you to think there must be a better, simpler way to just 'be' without having to spend your day making someone else rich. If you are not seeded for ascension, you will never likely see the point of 'dropping out' of the current system as it is all you know and remember.
When people wonder about selling their house, those ascending are often guided to do it to release the old attachments to the land, house, people, memories and mortgage. There is also a certain thoughtform in the land of 'ownership' - that is, your stamp on this place. Indigenous people have a different way of looking at the land. It is the earth mother and one can never own it, just take care of it as they move around.
So, many ascending people feel guided to get rid of the mortgage and take the equity from their old home, and move into something simpler. Even if it means (in this current system) having to buy the land, one can go there with a completely different thoughtform than one did at their old house. You can intend to caretake earth and anchor ascension from the place you live, whether you purchase, rent or just travel around.
If you don't feel guided to move from where you are, you can still intend to anchor ascension where you live. Intend to change out all the old electrical gridwork and sacred geometry from the land, house and house foundation and replace it with magnetic gridwork and flow. Try meditating outdoors and feel the grass, see the trees, hear the birds. Lie on the grass and watch the clouds go by. Take your crystals out in the sunshine and sit with them soaking up the rays. There's fun to be had in the suburbs. Give up an hour of television to spend an hour out in nature each day - even if you're just going for a walk. Another great place to meditate and relax is in a nice bath. It will also help detox those tired muscles that ache in ascension.
Try giving up or limiting the sort of things that 'numb' your senses and intuition, like television, computer games, alcohol, cigarettes and drugs. These sort of things have been handed to the masses in one form or another for thousands of years to take your mind off the pain and boredom of not being connected to your soul. Once you spend some time making the effort to meditate, commune with nature and make an internal connection to your soul, you will see how empty 'entertainment' really is.
OK, it's hard to meditate straight away, but think about this. You are what you think. When your field is full of horror and fear, this is what you attract. If you entertain yourself with bloodthirsty violent movies, computer games, television and books, the thoughtforms hang around in your field making you feel fearful and attracting violence (like attracts like). If you must entertain yourself, try selecting something that brings feelings of love, joy and humour. I also make it a point after watching entertainment to clear all the thoughtforms from what I've seen back to the person who wrote the script.
I remember coming back from a long plane flight on which four movies had been shown. I had watched them all, and then cleared all thoughtforms. When I was asked what movies they were, I couldn't even remember the names or anything about them. So one can still enjoy something at the time, and then clear it out of the field and not carry it around. As you continue to ascend you will find the current forms of entertainment very limiting and less and less satisfying. I always complain to my husband that there is no longer anything that I want to watch or read as it is all so superficial and pointless. So I just have a nice bath and then go and talk to my crystals.
So you see, it's not a matter of being forced to give up something. As one ascends one WANTS to release all the old baggage. Your simple intent to do so will make it happen or bring it to your attention for you to make it happen. Old friends who you no longer have anything in common with will move on. All the ornaments that you collected will start to seem like pointless dust collectors. All the junk you have stored and are never likely to use will want to be cleared out. The job that takes all your time and energy and gives no pleasure will no longer seem like the great career it once did. So if you still need to work, find something that gives you pleasure. Never mind the identity or job title - that too will dissolve and release as you ascend.
Even family may drift away, as not all those related to you will be ascending. Do you have to give up your family to ascend? This is up to you. You will know if they are abusive or feel if they are draining your energy. In my own case I have a pretty nice family. I intend to 'complete all karma' with all extended family. I have noticed a marked improvement in how certain (non-ascending) family members treat me now that there is no ongoing karma between us. I do not have to stop seeing them. I just see them a few times a year, put protection around myself as a precaution and make sure I release all attachments between us after the visit. I make sure I have not taken on anything of theirs and that they have nothing of mine. I separate in full. This keeps the peace and makes everybody happy.
Ascending family members you will find yourself having more encounters with anyway as both of you will have more karma to release as you ascend. So you don't have to give up seeing family - again, it is the 'attachment' you are releasing, along with any karma, and co-dependent or abusive patterning. Follow your own heart and guidance with all relationships and you will know who to spend time with.
Ascending in the 'real' world is not easy, because you will feel more and more that the world you thought was real is becoming a hollow shell and the REAL world is making its' way gradually into the physical plane and you are becoming more aware of it. You have one foot in each world. At times you will sway one way more than the other, but as the old world dies away and the new one starts to emerge you will feel more at home and at peace.
Your world is as 'real' as you make it. If you fill it with what gives you joy rather than what you hate it could change overnight! It's up to you.

I Intend To Ascend

I, the consciousness of the Earth Mother, would like to express the gift of the intent to ascend. The intent to ascend is not to be taken lightly. Ascension is a spiritual choice that will bring forth great change within one's life experience. Such a choice is not for everyone, and those choosing this path know in their hearts that there is no other choice for their incarnation. As indeed, the choice not to ascend will lead to death, and those who choose the path of ascension choose to transcend death, along with aging, pain, anger, fear, illness, deformities, and all destructive based thought-form inherent in the current human dance.
In our last article, Following One's Truth, we went into great personal detail about all of the changes that has occurred as the result of our channels', the directors of The Spiritual School of Ascension, choice to ascend. They have embraced each change necessary to fuel their momentum upward in vibration and frequency, and bring forth the associated biological and genetic changes to their respective forms. And so each species upon Earth shall also allow the necessary changes in order for their form to ascend.
The Nature Kingdoms are less wrapped up in the density of thought-form of mankind. It is perhaps for this reason that ascension will be a less difficult feat for such kingdoms. This is simply the result of the prevailing thought-form of humanity, which not only includes such beliefs as aging, illness and death, but also is founded upon ownership and possession, that this is so. In ownership, one "possesses" another human, object, animal or property.
The act of possessing is perhaps the single most difficult thought-form for the human species to traverse, for often one's sense of well being or safety is indeed wrapped up within one's possessions. And to the degree that one needs their possessions in order to be safe, to such a degree it is most difficult to let go of. Letting go of all possessions is indeed required in order to ascend, because the resultant attachment depletes the auric field and embodiment of enough chi to prevent a continued rise in vibration for the form.
Our channels have learned to live a very meager life. All of their possessions can fit into one small storage facility. They rent furnished housing to prevent the attachment that would occur if they purchased furnishings or property again in their life experience. They have also learned to live a very liberating lifestyle with a great deal of travel which is a part of their teaching and healing endeavors in World Service to Earth. Not having property makes the high level of travel much easier as they simply close the door upon one rental and take another upon their return to the Hawaiian Islands, which is their home when they are not on tour. Such a lifestyle is most joyous in their experience.
So the leaving behind of possessions does free one up to journey and create adventures that perhaps would not occur otherwise. This too requires one to give up their fear, fear of traversing the different cultures of your world, and ultimately the fear of oneself. For all fear is really fear of oneself, which translates into the fear of the unconscious. The unconscious, or the unknown parts of one self, has become unknown due to the many drops in vibration within one's ancestry. Each drop in frequency caused a portion of one's field to detach, or separate off. The unconscious is nothing other that multiple pieces of detached parts of one self that have become unknown, and then in being unknown, have become feared.
The ascension process brings about the reunion of each of the thousands of parts of self that have detached over the course of 30,000 years of human history, and 3 major declines in vibration. As each piece is embraced, the fear held stagnant within one's own field is dissolved into the frequencies of forgiveness, compassion, unity and love. As enough of the unconscious is embraced, fear dissolves and freedom follows. It is out of freedom that one chooses to leave behind relationships that no longer serve, or a location that does not support one's further ascension, or a job that one is complete with. Each step of freedom brings greater joy, expansion, and liberation within the ascending human's life experience.
For those studying with Mila and Oa and undergoing the Group Initiation Process within the Spiritual School of Ascension, we have brought forth much teaching. This teaching is offered weekly to those in their program in the form of written material channeled forth from the Intervention of God Goddess All That Is to facilitate human ascension. This information is being added a little at a time under a section known as "Notes to Our Affiliates" upon this website. Such teaching goes into great detail about the trials and tribulations of map making ascension, as indeed it is the purpose of this organization to continue to map make ascension for man kind, and bring such information to consciousness in the form of much written material.
Nine intents to become the ascending master were brought forth from the Intervention of God Goddess All That Is to assist those students participating in their Group Mastery Program to stay on track with their personal ascension. We share these intents with you now, along with a little about why each intent is very important to the ongoing purpose of spiritual ascension. We have advised those in Mila and Oa's program to focus upon such intents daily to allow their individual ascensions to come forth at a pace that serves both their individual and collective ascension as a collaboration. For whatever one focuses upon indeed will manifest in one's life experience, and so the goal of ascension requires continued focus to bring forth.
At the end of this article is a gift from I, Earth Mother, in which these nine intents have typeset in the Language of Light colors in a PDF format. NINE INTENTS FOR BECOMING THE ASCENDED MASTER
INTENT #1 - I INTEND TO ASCEND I intend to ascend, and to bring forth a complete ascension upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
The intent to ascend brings forth each day's worth of increasing frequency and vibration. Such changes are not only biological but also etheric. So each day, as one intends to ascend, the next layer of density falls away in the etheric, and the next layer of yet higher frequency is integrated. Such changes translate down to a biological level in which certain cells become crystalline, or certain decay and scar tissue is resurrected within the form.
Some days or weeks are more difficult than others are. The difficult days are the result of the sloughing off of a dense vibration that is tremendously discordant. As one enters the discordant frequencies in order to transmute them, such frequencies make the form feel tired, depressed, or even ill with flue like symptoms. Know that such days or weeks are simply a part of the process and will pass. Such difficult moments are aided by simple activities such as taking a walk to move the energy, or taking a mineral bath or swimming. Such activities cleanse the field and move the energy in such a manner that the denser vibrations can be transmuted at a more rapid pace leading to an overall sense of well being and "feeling better".
Ascension is an ongoing process. Each ascending initiate will learn to master their ascension. When we speak of mastery, we mean that the initiate will integrate their choice to ascend into their day to day life experience, and not allow their life experience to get in the way of their choice to ascend. It is in the allowance of the big changes that often the larger leaps upward in frequency are accomplished (see Following One's Truth).
INTENT #2 - I INTEND TO PACE MYSELF IN MY ASCENSION I intend to take my ascension one step at a time, down to a biological level, in the order that the initiations are designed to be integrated, and at a pace that honors my form
The initiations in ascension are a form of record that is anchored around the form in what is known as "Ascension Grid Work". Ascension grid work surrounds the grid work of the etheric body, subtle bodies, chakras and auric field of any human that chooses to ascend. Such grid work is anchored by the soul incarnate in the form that also chooses to ascend. Such grid work is also updated each day as the soul incarnate passes each of its tests of harmlessness in the process of ascension.
It is within the ascension grid work that the instructions for the energetic and biological changes are held. As the instructions are downloaded into the field, changes within the auric field, chakras, subtle bodies and etheric body, along with the biology follow suit. It is for this reason that gentle forms of exercise are so highly effective in helping ascension along. In the act of walking or taking a swim, the energy begins to move in one's field a little more rapidly than usual. This allows the information in the ascension grid work to be downloaded so that the next phase of ascension can come forth.
As the old patterns are released and the new information integrated, emotional discord can occur in which one feels like crying, or feels angry, or feels agitated. Such emotions are transitory and the act of walking or swimming will help flush such emotions out of the field so that one can come back to balance and move into one's center again. It is important not to "hold on to" old emotions, as such emotions must be cleared through the field. It is often in the act of trying to avoid the pain that one ungrounds and soul leaves the form. In the simple act of walking, soul can more readily anchor and assist the body in clearing the old emotions away so that a newfound sense of well being can follow.
As the old patterns are released, often a form of etheric pus is left over in the auric field. This pus, if it collects in large enough amounts, will bloat the etheric body leading to physical "puffiness" and water retention. If it is left for longer periods of time and not addressed, it can also lead to weight gain. The etheric body is the blueprint for the form. If the etheric body puffs, so will the physical form. It is for this reason that it is important to pace yourself in one's ascension.
Sometimes, some initiates wish to race through their ascension, and try and integrate more than they can handle in a given day, week or month. Mila had this tendency most of her earlier ascension, and it lead to days of extreme emotional imbalance, and a lot of puffiness and water retention. She would go to the mineral springs along with mud baths several times per week to help with her toxicity level due to her choice to ascend as rapidly as physically possible. And indeed her own guidance would push her because they knew that there was little time to bring forth the work that she is here to accomplish.
If one has the time to spend detoxifying, such a choice to ascend so rapidly is not wrong. However, many ascending humans live a lifestyle that does not have the luxury of many days off to be spent in a mineral pool or at a mud bath. Therefore, I, Earth Mother, guide you to go at a pace that serves your lifestyle, not biting off more than you can chew in any one given segment of initiation. In so doing, each ascending human will feel better, remain in better balance and a state of centeredness, and will take the pace that serves their particular life experience.
INTENT #3 - BALANCED GIVING AND RECEIVING I intend to bring giving and receiving to balance within, giving myself and all others that which is required to ascend, upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
Balanced giving and receiving is a necessity in order to have an auric field that continuously rotates and moves as it should in order to fuel one's ascension. Each vibration in ascension requires a specific rotation of each moving energy field around the form. If the field slows enough, the frequency of the form will drop. If the field increases its rotation enough, the vibration goes up. If the moving energy systems increase in rotation beyond a certain threshold, another segment of initiation in one's ascension is embodied or embraced and one takes an initiation.
Giving can be considered equivalent to extending one's energy towards another or toward Earth through the act of communion. If the energy is not returned, one feels depleted. If one gives too much energy to another person, group, place or object, the depletion can be so great that the auric field slows down causing a drop in frequency and therefore a backwards movement within one's ascension.
It is for this reason that ascension brings forth the need to address one's beliefs in giving and receiving. It is human nature to believe that giving is better than receiving. For an ascending human, if one is forever giving more than one receives, one will also forever be depleted of enough chi that one may not be able to ascend. For ascension requires the ongoing collection of more and more chi to fuel an ever-increasing vibration along with building an ever increasing sized auric field.
Mila learned to think of all receiving for her field as a flowing waterfall of energy from her soul, source and I AM Presence along with God Goddess All That Is. Mila like many spiritual aspirants truly believed in giving, and sometimes giving to the point of becoming ill. And so she learned to fill herself up with the love of God Goddess All That Is, and then in turn give all that she wished, provided it was in the boundaries of karma or soul agreements. This came hand in hand with the release of those thought-forms that believe that chi or energy is limited upon the Earth plane.
Chi is not in limitation. However, the belief in limited chi causes the experience of some to not have enough chi and therefore experience aging, or illness, or a deformity of one sort of another within the human dance, along with experiences of poverty or homelessness. As each initiate leaves behind the belief in limited energy and limited chi, they will manifest just enough chi to sustain their choice to ascend. Such an unlimited amount of chi can be seen as Mila and Oa teach an Intensive or hold the space for larger events known as Masters Conclave. In such circumstances, large amounts of chi from God Goddess All That Is are freely given to allow for the fulfillment of the purpose for which the group has gathered.
As one learns to both give and receive, balance follows. This translates down to physical plane issues such as manifesting enough to provide for one's needs. Mila suffered due to her beliefs of giving more than she received and rarely had enough in her life experience. As the internal giving and receiving came to balance, the outer plane physical reality also came to balance, and she discovered that she always manifested just enough to meet all of her needs. And so this will also be true for each initiate that intends to ascend and in the process brings giving and receiving to balance.
For those that have a lot of physical plane possessions or savings, ascension can bring forth the releasing of such possessions when the time is right. Such a releasing frees one up of attachment that would otherwise deplete the form of too much chi in order to sustain one's continued ascension. Each release of such things is often given to another in the settlement of an ancient karmic debt of one sort or another. And so the giving away of such things serves the purpose of ascension in all ways.
This is not to say that one whom is wealthy must give everything away, as sometimes such wealth serves another purpose inherent in one's ascension. An example of this might be the individual who has accrued the wealth in order to purchase the land that a new community of ascending individuals is to inhabit. In the providing for what is needed, not only is a karmic debt settled, but such an individual contributes greatly to the path of ascension. And this is only one example of how great wealth may contribute to the path of ascension both individually and collectively in the human dance.
Giving and receiving can be likened to the in-breath and out-breath of God Goddess All That Is. The in-breath allows one to receive the blessings and love from their I Am, Soul and Source. The out-breath shares the loves of one's I Am Soul and Source with all other humans incarnate upon Earth, along with I, Earth Mother, and my nature kingdoms. In so doing, I also dance with each ascending being's field, and return all chi shared with me in full to fuel one's momentum "home".
The problem with imbalance of the in-breath and out-breath come when another that one gives to gives nothing in return. It is in the vampiring of chi or energy that one feels depleted. And so one must monitor their agreements with others, and release those thought-forms that cause one to allow oneself to be vampired by others. Vampiring often does not serve the one whom takes the energy at all, as often such humans have agreements to give such chi to other solar systems or life forms. Therefore, one must choose to release all contracts to be vampired by other humans or life forms in order to bring giving and receiving to balance.
One may ask, well if there is enough chi, why should such agreements matter? Ah, this is a tricky question, and I, Earth Mother, will take the time to explain. Such beings, as the Grays, Reptilians and Andromedans, who take so much of my chi, have become stuck in a parallel thought-form of the human species in which hoarding and great poverty are a part of their life experience. And they themselves as such a species or solar system are so depleted of chi that they must take chi from another place in order to survive causing it to fall significantly in frequency. In so doing, they have exacerbated the fall of Earth.
In order for such species to move out of their current dilemma, they must ascend and anchor soul within their forms, which will provide them with the chi necessary to be sustained. They are indeed soulless, and as such, there is no presence of I Am, Source, Oversoul or God Goddess All That Is to provide them with the life-force that they need. Perhaps in not receiving that which they need, they will begin to look within and find their path home. Continued giving of chi does not serve them, and it is for this reason that I, Earth Mother, choose to cut them off from such large supplies of energy that they interfere with my choice to ascend. In so doing, I settle an ancient karmic debt and bring giving and receiving to balance upon a global scale. This is anticipated to be accomplished as I attain Global Initiation 1024 in September of this year.
One can see from this example that bringing giving and receiving to balance are also global issues. All initiations in human form have parallels within the global ascension process, although global ascension is 100,000 fold more complex. Our channels will be bringing forth more about the global changes after I attain 1024 in the Fall of this year.
INTENT #4 - I INTEND TO REMAIN GROUNDED AT ALL TIMES I intend to master the frequencies of the gender of my biology and retain my grounding in all that I do upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
Grounding has to do with connecting with I, Earth Mother, along with anchoring soul within the form. For a long time now, the human species has been ungrounded. Not all races experience such an ungrounded state, as those whom are related to the Native American, African, Indian, Polynesian, Aborigine and South American Indians have retained biological grounding within their genetic heritage. It is predominately the White and Asian races that have lost their ability to ground.
The White and Asian races have "reversed polarized". Reversed polarization equates to the male gender running female energy and the female gender running male energy. Indeed, such a shift has created the "women's movement" in the West. And it is not wrong. However, ascension brings forth the restoration of the proper frequencies for God and Goddess in human form. Such frequencies are not powerless, as the feminine vibrations that you have known up until this point in history. They are filled with feminine power that has a different expression than masculine power. And so I guide each of you to embrace the gender that you are in physicality, and release any and all dislike or lack of acceptance for your current expression in form.
Both the masculine and feminine dancing together in divine union requires both parties to embrace the proper frequencies in order to create the experience of union together. In order to create divine union within, which is indeed a grounded state in which soul dances with form and with Earth, the feminine form must run female energy, and the masculine form male energy. Why is this so? Well, when a form does not run the proper frequency for its gender, the energy moves up the field ungrounding the soul from the form. As the proper gender based frequency is run, the energy flows down the field to the center of the Earth naturally grounding spirit into form.
Therefore, ascension of those with Asian and White heritage includes the information necessary to ground, and for the proper gender based frequencies necessary to sustain a grounded state of being. Grounding can be likened to a portal through which soul is anchored in the grid work of the form, and then further anchors via another portal to the center of the Earth. In the act of grounding, the soul can be present enough to provide the chi necessary for one to ascend. It is also when soul is grounded to the center of the Earth that there is a pathway for the denser frequencies that one is detoxifying upon a daily basis to leave one's field in the act of ascending.
Without grounding, soul is not present, and therefore one will be tired as there is nothing present to fuel energy within one's etheric grid work. Without grounding, there is no place for the pus or entities that one is releasing in the act of ascending to leave the field, as there is not a connection to the center of the Earth, which leads to a toxic buildup and potentially flue like symptoms. Therefore, grounding becomes essential to the ongoing process of ascension to sustain the health and well being of the form.
When one hits a particularly difficult part of one's ascension that is very discordant or painful, it is natural to unground and have the soul leave the embodiment. One often ungrounds in order not to feel the pain. It is the soul that feels as it engages with the emotional body. No soul present equals no emotions felt in the human experience. Without soul, one is like a flag blowing in the wind and subject to the energetic manipulation of others, as it is soul that anchors the field. It is soul that brings forth the ascension and it is soul that holds one's boundaries so that one cannot be manipulated. And soul requires a state of grounding in order to be present in the form.
The White and Asian forms are in a greater degree of biological pain than other races overall. Why is this so? Well, it has to do with the numerous nuclear accidents and wars that such races have experienced over time which altered the genetic content of their form into greater pain. It is from the pain that such races disconnected from I, Earth Mother, and the souls incarnate further disconnected from the form. It is also the nuclear energy that caused the reverse-polarization of such races. As the biology is altered, releasing its pain and reversed polarization tendencies, it is more effortless for soul to anchor into the form and to connect with Earth through the vessel of the human embodiment. Such a transmutation requires the releasing of all karma from such nuclear experiments or wars, and as it is released, the pain is released along with it from the form and field.
Why is pain held in place by karma? Karma is nothing but a record of a particular experience at a particular time within one's ancestry. Often such ancestors were in great pain as the karma was recorded. Sometimes such karma may have even been recorded in the act of a very painful death or trauma of one sort or another. So karma and pain are often united, and as the karma comes up to be released, the pain associated comes up to be processed simultaneously. As the pain is processed, it is released and erased for good out of the form so that the form can know a new beginning in which pain is not a part of one's heritage. This is what ascension brings forth, the erasure of all pain that is in both the biological and etheric bodies surrounding the human form a little at a time over a many year period. In so doing, one receives a new beginning and new life based upon joy, abundance, good health and an inner state of well being.
TIPS FOR GETTING AND STAYING GROUNDED
1. If ungrounded, go for a walk or swim. The act of moving the body will move the energy allowing the pain to be released so that soul may re-anchor in the form.
2. Each chocolate or drink coffee. Both chocolate and coffee contain caffeine, which will ground soul into form in less than 5 minutes. As such, this is a good quick fix to take on the road!
3. Sit in meditation and run the Kundahlini energy system clearing the field with one's own internal fire. (See "Supporting the Human Form in Ascension" for more information.)
4. Eat protein. Protein will allow soul to anchor for many hours. For some ascending humans living in the denser regions of Earth, eating protein daily may be a good solution to the need to remain grounded in order to ascend. I do not recommend protein powders, which are toxic to the form because they are so highly concentrated. Instead I recommend food that is freshly cooked that contain high amounts of protein, including fish, pork, chicken, eggs or beef, or proteins from plant or grain sources, such as nuts, beans, and legumes. Cheese or milk products are also an alternative. If allergic to chocolate, take some trail mix or cheese and crackers with you on the road!
5. Take a 10 minute sun bath or walk in the sun. Sun bathing will bring one into communion with Earth and your solar system allowing soul to be re-anchored into the form. The sun will also burn off the etheric pus that accumulates in the process of ascension allowing one to feel rejuvenated. As the pus leaves, soul more readily anchors into the form.
6. Take a candlelit mineral bath. Watch the flames flicker in the room. Candles are fire, and fire is a part of Earth. As one communes with the fire of the candle, they commune with Earth. As one also communes with the water in the bathtub, they also commune with Earth.
7. Burn your favorite incense, frankincense or sage. Smoke clears one's auric field of entities related to the patterns that one is releasing. In essence, such entities do not like the smoke and leave. As the entities leave, soul enters the form with greater ease. Mila and Oa also always travel with frankincense and sage, and burn it in all hotel rooms and meeting facilities (sometimes causing the fire alarms to go off!). However, such smoke clears the room and their fields simultaneously.
8. Apply essential oils to one's body or burn essential oils in a room. Mila often travels with a little bottle of essential oils of lemon, grapefruit, orange and fennel mixed together and applies it to her wrist and forehead. The smell from the oils cause the entities to leave that she is either releasing or have attached to her field due to the crowd that she is in.
9. Take a shower utilizing the salt scrub formula. Moving water assists one in communing with Earth. The salt scrub allows entities that do not like the smell of the oils to leave, and etheric pus moves with the water down the drain! The salt scrub formula is simple: Take 1 cup sea salt, rock salt or Epson salt, and combine it with 6 tablespoons almond oil along with 1 teaspoon each of essential oil of peppermint (stimulates), lavender (rejuvenates), and eucalyptus (draws toxins). One can also add whatever essential oils that one prefers. Mix well and keep in a container. In the shower, take a palm-sized amount of the scrub and spread it over the entire body. Wait two minutes and rinse and towel dry.
INTENT #5 - I INTEND SOVEREIGNTY IN ALL RELATIONS I intend to allow all others their journey, and choose not to carry others down my path, and willingly free myself from any and all relationships that do not serve my path of ascension, upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
Sovereignty comes forth as each ascending initiate learns to allow. Allowance is a difficult thing for the current human dance. For humanity has founded their current dance upon ownership and possession. Ownership and possession cause humanity to try to control and manipulate another into doing one's bidding out of the belief that this will make one happy. The need to cause another to do what one wants comes from the belief that power is outside of oneself. Power is not outside of oneself, and as one learns to retrieve and anchor their own internal power, one will know that one can master any obstacle within one's life experience and creation from within.
In trying to control or change another in order to bring forth one's own happiness, one is forever reaching outside of oneself to change or alter their reality. Ascension brings forth the understanding that as one changes their internal reality and releases the patterns at cause of a particular creation, one's creation or reality changes automatically. As such, internal change is the only form of change required to bring forth one's experience of happiness.
However, there is a catch to all of this, and that is one cannot internally change themselves and expect another to come along for the ride if the other is not interested in ascending themselves. For another to accompany one upon their chosen path of ascension, the other must consciously choose to ascend. No one can change another's internal landscape and patterning. Each ascending human must do his or her own internal work in order to bring forth the path of ascension.
Here is a second catch. In polarity, the one that chooses to ascend will quite naturally attract its opposite, or the one who does not choose to ascend. It is for this reason that ascension often brings forth the ending of some long term relationships, as such relationships are based upon polarity, and inside of polarity, opposites attract. As one ascends, opposing forces are united internal to one self. Such a shift makes possible two in relationship who are consciously choosing to ascend together. It also causes those who are not choosing to ascend together to fall away from one another.
Mila and Oa are a good example of this. Mila and Oa could only come together as a couple after enough of the polarity had been integrated within allowing them to dance together upon the chosen path of ascension. For Mila and Oa, this required completion of Initiation 3000. This also brought forth the falling away from Oa's 20 years marriage and a partner that was not ascending. For others in their school, such a shift has required the completion of the state of the Bodhisattva or Initiation 5000. So those of you that are ascending must be patient and allow the opposition to be united within. Then the potential of meeting a partner that will support your ascension becomes possible. And be not attached to whom such a partner might be, as ascension is a very special path that not all in human form is choosing at this time in history.
INTENT #6 - I INTEND NON-ATTACHMENT IN ALL RELATIONS I intend to release any and all possessions that do not serve my continued path of ascension allowing a state of non-attachment in relation to the world at large upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
Non-Attachment has to do with the releasing of the energetic cords that tie one to another person, place, object or group. Such energetic cords lie between the etheric body and the grid work of the other person, group, place or object. Such lines of attachment create holes in the auric field causing one to leak chi much like a leaky balloon.
n ascension, such etheric cords are released a layer at a time between the grid work of one's own etheric body and subtle bodies and all others. As each layer of cords are released, the auric field naturally holds more chi, and as such, ascends up in vibration and expands outwards in size. Vibration can be equated to a particular spin in the auric field, subtle bodies and chakras. The spinning of such energy systems requires chi. The more chi that one has available, the faster such systems can move. The faster that such systems can move the higher the vibration of the field. The higher the vibration, the more of the form that can become crystalline in cellular structure and the more that one has ascended. And this requires the releasing of attachment.
As the attachment leaves, the pockets of decay and scar tissue can be transmuted upon a biological level within the form. The decay and scar tissues are the result of those areas in the etheric body that have been the most heavily corded with attachment. As a result of the attachment, such regions have never had enough chi leading the related cells within the biology to decay, die or scar. As the attachment is released, more chi is available to such regions allowing the pockets of decay to be turned crystalline and into healthy alive cells again. This results in the reversal of aging, and the potential reversal of all disease within any ascending form.
All energetic attachment translates down to emotional attachment to others. Sometimes the energetic attachment cannot be released without the ending of the related relationship, job, or group affiliation. If one chooses not to end the relationship, the attachment remains, and one's ascension will cease. It is for this reason that a state of non-attachment brings about so much change within the life experience of those whom are ascending, as the releasing of attachment and change go hand in hand.
I, Earth Mother, ask those in human form to allow the change. Know that the change will result in a greater sense of freedom, and a new life born out of the old that is far more joyous than that which is left behind. In so doing, you support my ascension and I shall support all of those in human form that choose to ascend. So call upon me to support you through the difficult moments inherent in the change, as it is what I am here for.
INTENT #7 - I INTEND HARMLESSNESS IN ALL THAT I DO I intend harmlessness in all interactions with all species and Earth at large upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
A state of harmlessness is a state in which one does not act in a vicious or malicious manner upon any plane of reality. There are many planes of reality that surround Earth. Most alternative planes, of which there are 36 in total, humanity has little understanding of or conscious remembrance of. Such planes are those that one traverses during dreamtime while asleep.
It is true that often those that are the most gentle and harmless in the physical are the most harmful and non-gentle in the nonphysical. Such is the nature of polarity. As one ascends, polarity ceases, and one integrates the unconscious and often harmful parts of themselves a little at a time. It is for this reason that ascension can often be equated to a battle, in which one does battle with their own internal demons, and conquers them through love. Sometimes such love also includes anger and rage, and the taking of one's sword of light and shattering that which threatens one's continued evolution out of existence. As such an internal demon is shattered, it can then be embraced and forgiven as it ceases to threaten oneself, and then is integrated fully into one's own energy field. So ascension truly is an internal dance, and internal choice, sometimes an internal battle, and ultimately an internal form of mastery.
Such demons also surround Earth. However, Earth has taken responsibility for her part in the dance, and is changing the manner in which she handles such demons. Long ago, I, Earth Mother failed to act as such demons united in human form into a collective unconscious shattering Earth's field and vibration. At this time, the collective unconscious for the human species has been dismantled surrounding Earth so that it can no longer prevent me from ascending. This has come hand in hand with recent global initiations that I have taken that have allowed the karma from such experiences to be released in full.
You see, global and human karma parallel, and are similar. The pain humanity has created has caused pain in my auric field, and upon the land that you know as Earth. As I, as a global consciousness ascend, the pain in my field and form is transmuted, transcended and erased. As such, a new future of joy is born in my experience as a global vessel. So it also is for all species incarnate upon me, including those in human form that choose to ascend along with me.
Because I have altered my dance with humanity, humanity no longer threatens my frequency or continued choice to ascend. As a result, human ascension is now just an internal battle in which each must choose to embody harmlessness in order to ascend. Such harmlessness will be reflected in one's life experience, if one pays attention to the "mirror".
All creations in anyone's life are a mirror for the unconscious planes that one knows little about. An example of this might be the creation of someone whom is vicious and abusive as a partner, lover or boss. If one has created an abusive example outwardly in the physical of another, then one is also vicious and abusive in the unconscious realms. As the inward viciousness and abusiveness is addressed in ascension, with such unconscious parts of oneself conquered and integrated in full, the outer experienced of attracting another whom is abusive will shift. As such a shift occurs, either the abusive partner will leave or will change accordingly. This is an excellent example of how, as one changes the inner landscape of patterns and beliefs inherent in one's genetics, ancestry and field, one's outer reality shifts accordingly in the process of ascension.
As one masters harmlessness, one receives greater and greater levels of authority within the inner plane governance over Earth. This is power based upon love and harmlessness. The old governance of Earth and the Ascended Masters is over, for this was a form of governance based upon abusive power. One may say, well I experienced such masters as being oh so loving! How can they be abusive?
Such abusiveness has to do with the manner in which such power was acquired. You see, such masters did not master harmlessness in their acquisition of power. Instead, they ascended and seized power over Earth, forcing others into their dominion. In the forcing of others from a position of dominion, the fields of others were shattered. This is considered a harmful act, that of shattering the field of another, or shattering the field of Earth. Such beings are being cleansed from Earth and a new form of governance anchored. Those anchored in governance of Earth are much like Mila and Oa, they are ascending humans, dolphins and whales that have mastered harmlessness in their own initiations by ascending their form.
Beings such as Mila and Oa, or the dolphins and whales that are ascending, are not "special". Nor are they "God". Nor are they to be worshipped. They are like any other of their species that chooses to ascend, and in the act of ascending, will also be granted equal levels of power and authority within the governance of Earth. All forms of power granted will be based upon mastery of harmlessness and love. And so it was also very long ago that all governance was based upon mastery, mastery of love and harmlessness. Such governance is being restored so that a new era of peace, love and light can be born upon Earth.
INTENT #8 - IN INTEND TO MASTER AND EMBODY MY TRUTH I intend to embody the truth of my Source, Oversoul in alignment with the Divine Plan of God Goddess All That Is and the ascension of Earth upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
Truth can be likened to a multifaceted diamond. Each human upon Earth holds a different facet of truth that when put together creates the gem of overall truth inherent in the human experience. Likewise, each species upon Earth is another facet of truth and expression in form, and when all species are combined together, the overall gem known as Earth as a truth is experienced.
It is human nature to pit one truth against another. It is also human nature to believe that one has "THE TRUTH" to the exclusion of all others. There is not one truth. Truth is multifaceted, complex, and most joyous when all components resonate in absolute harmony and joy together. What humanity has experienced, along with Earth, within the many falls into density and subsequent loss of consciousness, were truths that are in discord with one another. The truth of Earth to ascend and humanities continuous poisoning of Earth through toxic dumping, along with humanities forgetfulness to ascend, are two non-resonant truths. The truth of the human species to kill the dolphin and whale communities is non-resonant with the truth of such species. The choice of one human to kill another, or one populace to war upon another, is the result of non-resonant truths between humans or groups of humans.
It will only be as humanity learns to embrace all truths as equal and of value that a new era can be born. Ascension brings forth the embracing of a new truth that is unity based. Unity based truth does not pit one truth against the other, but perceives one truth as a part of the whole of all truths upon Earth. As each expression of truth does its part to the overall sustenance of the whole of all truths upon Earth, unity consciousness in action is sustained. Ascension brings forth unity consciousness in action.
Our channels' organization, The Spiritual School of Ascension, is becoming unity based. The difficulties, trials and tribulations of taking a group of humans from polarity to unity are not to be underestimated. Their material "Notes to Our Affiliates" is a dissertation of such a process, and in essence, more have left their organization overall than have remained, because the discord within such individuals was so great that it created group conflict.
Many in observation of such shifts have fallen into great judgment about why such shifts are necessary. Some have chosen not to participate in the organization as a result, or call upon those initiates emerging as Bodhisattva for healing services. However, I, Earth Mother, would like to point out that such shifts are inherent with group ascension. One cannot embody group ascension and group unity without change any more than a single human can ascend without change. And so it is upon the path of ascension.
Unity based truth allows all expressions of truth that are unique to be experienced in harmony together. Such is the new paradigm for those that are ascending, and each will embrace such unity consciousness in due course. First such a shift shall occur within, and as one embraces all internal aspects discordant to one's own truth, and applies the transmutative frequencies to such discord, allowing unity to be embraced within. As unity is embraced within, one can begin to dance with others in a unity-based manner.
Unity cannot occur within the group until unity within each has been mastered. It is for this reason that our channels' organization has gone through so many shifts, as many have not been able to master unity within in the timeframe necessary to keep pace with the group. Such individuals that have left their organization will ascend, but at a different pace from the group.
INTENT #9 - I INTEND TO HONOR MYSELF AND ALL OTHERS I intend to honor the ascension and truth of all others, regardless of species, upon all planes of reality, conscious, subconscious and unconscious
Honor is greatly misunderstood in the current human paradigm. The current human paradigm believes that honor must occur at the expense of oneself. In such a system, one worships another and this is deemed honor. Or, conversely, one is worshipped by others and this is deemed honor. This is not what honor is within the new unity based paradigm.
Honor is both internal and external in the new paradigm. One cannot honor another until one has honored oneself in full. This is because honor is an internal issue, in which one honors self, honors form, honors soul, honors Earth, and in so doing, communion of soul, form and Earth follows. It is only from a state of honor that communion becomes possible. Communion is a requirement for unity consciousness and unity based relations. Without communion, there is not harmony. Without harmony, there is not unity amongst the many. And so, honor is the foundation of communion, and ultimately of ascension to the new paradigm of unity consciousness.
Ascension is more than biological changes, or etheric changes, or a very large auric field that expands to your solar system in size. Ascension is about biological consciousness that becomes fully conscious. What is full consciousness? It is a state of being in which one has embraced their unconscious in full. Embracing the unconscious in full translates into full consciousness, in which one has full access to all planes of reality that surround Earth and your Solar System. As one has access to all planes of reality, and has integrated the parts of themselves that had fractured in the many falls of the human species upon such planes, the human is restored to full consciousness. As the human is restored to full consciousness, the joyous and harmonious state of being that humanity once knew so very long ago upon Earth is simultaneously restored.
Consciousness is biological. Such a shift in awareness cannot occur unless the biology changes. And it is for this reason that ascension brings forth both biological and energetic changes for the human form, along with all other species upon Earth. It is only as the biology exists in a state of honor that honor can be expressed in full within the human dance.
SUMMARY I hope that you have found this information useful. As one continues to intend to ascend, one is assured at fulfilling upon their goal. Such is the nature of intent.
There are many within your current metaphysical communities that wish to believe that ascension is magical, that the human form suddenly goes "poof!" and appears in the next dimension just like that! Well, although this is a wonderful fantasy, it just is not so. Nor is it so for I, Earth Mother, that has this global body known as Earth to ascend. Earth's ascension, just like human ascension, occurs due to the biological and energetic transmutation of every cell upon my global body, which is indeed held in the form of many species. As each species ascends, so does my overall form known as Earth ascend.

So how do you ascend your vibration and how do you follow the ascension map yourself?
Well, the very fact that you are reading this article and on this web site means you are probably already ascending whether you're conscious of it or not. You probably already have a history of interests in spiritual topics and are looking for more depth and meaning.
HOW DO YOU FOLLOW THE ASCENSION MAP? You simply intend to ascend and then carry on doing all the sort of things that will increase your vibration, and avoiding the things that will lessen your vibration. You will then automatically be following the map that has been tried, tested and released as you go up in vibration, as this is really the only path available now. You may fluctuate to different poles of a situation in order to cover all experiences, but as you learn each lesson and come into balance you will start rising in vibration and following the ascension map. You can't really get lost, although you may fail to proceed or go backwards if you do not learn your lessons.
Below I've listed some of the ascension basics and links to relevant information I've written elsewhere.
GROUNDING The first and most important thing is to be 'grounded'. This connects your energy to Earth's and keeps you safe and 'in the loop' for ascension information and guidance. If you are not grounded you may not hear clear guidance from your higher self or Earth, but rather that of entities which do not necessarily have your interests at heart. You will also not be able to do your ascension work. A grounding visualisation is in the Pendulum article.
THE USE OF INTENT When you say 'I Intend...' you are connecting to your higher self to your own increasing ability to manifest your own dream. You can say it out loud or in your head. You can read off your current list of intentions or recite it as part of your meditations. Visualising what you are intending will help to reinforce it. For example, the first intention can be "I Intend to Ascend" - this will help anchor your most current ascension blueprint which contains the part of the map you need for the current phase of ascension you are working on.
Intent is different to the old way of 'prayer'. Intent makes you a conduit for working through your own self, increasing your own abilities and directly influencing the outcome. Prayer, on the other hand, directs your energies outside of yourself to somebody or something else requesting them to do it for you. There is no longer any need to do this now you can 'go direct'.
You may keep a diary with lists of intents of your own you are working on as well as some of the standard intents Mila (from the Spiritual School of Ascension) writes frequently in her articles. For example:-
I intend to Ascend I intend Peace I intend Unity in the Dance of Life I intend Honor of Self and all Others I intend Manifestation of All Needs to Fulfil Upon World Service to Earth I intend to call in All Karma Owed I intend Balanced Giving and Receiving I intend to Transcend all Limitations I intend to Learn All Spiritual Lessons Life Presents etc.
I find it handy to keep a note book with my intents, dreams, results of readings, messages and signs and notes about new ascension information that I might want to refer to again quickly.
COMMUNICATION TOOLS You need to be able to talk to your guidance any time. If you are not naturally clairvoyant, a tool like a pendulum is inexpensive and easy to learn. After regular use you will help develop your own intuition. You can also learn to tune in to signs from nature to give you clues when things need to be worked on, and so your guidance can contact you. A tool like tarot will assist you to see the upcoming influences to work on. You can also make your own divination sets out of cards, crystals - anything you like, as long as it has meanings for you. (I've also made an ascension divination set for those who are interested: see Crystal Life Reading Set)
RELEASING KARMA Releasing karma is the main way of moving up in vibration. As you move up in vibration you will access new karma your ancestors left behind. Sometimes this can feel like you're under attack for no apparent reason, and I've written in more detail on these symptoms and how to release them. Mostly your daily intent to 'release all karma due for release today' will do so without you needing to live through it in the physical.
You can also use visualisation on your tapestry of ancestry - located in the lower back in your etheric body. Use your inner eye to visualise a tapestry of your extended family tree with many threads. Check that the threads are all equal in thickness. Ask that all the karma due for release today releases from your tapestry. You may see this as lumps, dirt or blobs lifting out and floating up, washed with the pink tone of forgiveness.
Then visualise yourself calling up the tapestries of everybody you know (either individually or all piled together) and laying yours on top. Ask to see where there is corresponding karma between you and the others. Then visualise this being released. This will often avoid conflicts in the physical as the cause has been released in advance.
SUBTLE BODIES You should work towards ultimately restoring 100% of each of the four subtle bodies: Mental, Emotional, Intuitive and Creative. You need at least part of all these bodies present in order to manifest your dreams. Your progress can be checked with your pendulum. At first you will probably find higher amounts of some bodies than others, or some bodies could be completely absent. You should also check that you are not holding anybody elses' subtle bodies or portions of them as these must be returned. It will take a fair bit of ascending before you have 100% of each body, but aim in the meantime to replenish the ones that have less than 30% so that they can work manifesting your dreams. You can intend something like "I intend to restore all of my subtle bodies and return any that do not belong to me".
YOUR DREAM Your Ascending Dream is the future scenario you are moving towards. Once your subtle bodies are working properly (at least 30% of each) you can intend a future dream and live to see it manifest - as long as it doesn't conflict with Earth's ascending dream for ascension, unity and balance. It is therefore very important to monitor your dream and check it hasn't been damaged or stolen. Also you will need to check the 8 levels your dream progresses down before it manifests in the physical. If you can't see this, just ask with your pendulum if your dream is OK and intact on each level and if not, intend it back. Don't forget that the higher your vibration the faster a dream will manifest so do keep track of it.
TIMING It is very important to 'Intend to have all my systems in present time'. I wrote previously about timing, but basically most people's energy fields shift into the past. One needs all their bodies and systems in present time in order to ground properly, contact their guidance properly, release today's karma and patterns etc. Otherwise you will be repeating and re-living the past and going over things you already released, including physical illnesses.
CHAKRAS Check all your chakras are rotating properly, are in present time and are all your own. You can do this with your pendulum. There is a chakra cleansing and protecting visualisation in this article. Your chakras keep the energy moving thoughout your subtle bodies and in turn the energy moving through your physical body. You can do this with visualisation, crystals on the chakra points or pendulum rotation. Problems or blockages can lead to disease in both etheric and physical bodies.
LOSING VIBRATION Some of the ways you can lose your vibration are: Losing Gridwork - check all your etheric gridwork is present and that it is all your own. Intend any missing gridwork return. Also, intend to cleanse the space between your gridwork as this is where a lot of etheric junk is stored. Having Attachments - these will drain chi from your gridwork. Intend to release all attachments that no longer serve. Losing Records - Your ascension records are like a library of information you gather as you increase in vibration. It gives you access to more and more ascension information. If you lose records you will lessen your vibration. Sometimes a lack of interest in ascension or a pain in the neck (where the records are stored) can be a clue. Intend that you hold all your ascension records and release anybody elses you may be holding. Electrical Energy - You should become increasingly magnetic in your energy field and less electric as you ascend. You can check your levels with your pendulum. Intend to ground out all excess electrical energy. Avoid exposure to electrical devices such as TV, Computer, Clock Radio, Microwave etc and spend more time in nature. Bad Vibes - Bless your food and try to make it as fresh and meat free as possible. Avoid microwaving. Bless all alcohol to release the entites and never be drunk or stoned when doing spiritual work. Avoid violent, dark movies and books as they attrack like minded entities.
CONCLUSION The above advice will get you started on your ascension journey. It is only a simplistic introduction about how to start, but it will give you something 'physical' to work with - doing your intents, visualisation, learning to use your tools and talking to your guidance. If you can do this much on a regular basis, there is plenty more available to work with throughout this web site and the SSOA site.

I was up early, feeling good and looking forward to a productive day around the house. With my morning meditation done and others sleeping, I found some time available. I don't read much spiritual stuff any more but was compelled to look through the ascendpress.org articles and came across the following.
It is an older article and the first in a series of messages from The Great White Buffalo species. Theirs are some of the more simplistic information from the folks at The Spiritual School of Ascension and a good place to start reading, if you are unfamiliar with their message.
I like the following because it gives a general overview of some of the important aspects of ascension and what kind of future you can expect to find here on Earth. In choosing to ascend, one chooses to serve Earth for she needs humans to assist in her ascension.....and we, in turn, need her. How can one assist? Well, one is to embrace and forgive all harm that humanity has inflicted upon this planetary being's body; which would include everything which resides upon her, human, animal, plant, mineral, and so on. For indeed, we are all connected. One embraces and forgives in order to release thought-forms of right and wrong, victim and victimizer, abuser and abused or perish.
Perish? Yes, that is the way it goes. Ascension is the only way out of our past failures. This is the real meaning of forgiveness; it is not something you do as a 'nice' person; it is to end destructive thought-forms which have played over and over throughout our history. As destructive thought-forms are removed and replaced with harmonious ones, it will take a few years to see the effects on a global scale. If one applies this method where needed in their own sphere of influence, then the results may be seen more quickly. I have done this with personal family dramas and have become more serene and peaceful. I watch to see how this affects other family members who do not walk the path I do. At any rate, my relationships with many have become less stressed.
I would ask readers here to pay particular attention to the following quote from this message:
It is human nature to attempt to change perceived problems upon Earth through uprisings, war, demonstrations, by becoming an advocate for this or that. This is not what we ask, for such thought-form does not serve. Such thought-form only causes animosity and hatred between humans of different beliefs, and this is the root of warfare in the human dance. Instead, we ask that each human take responsibility for oneself and choose to ascend, choose to evolve, choose to alter their thought-form and biology. It is in the choice to ascend that the atrocities of the past and the distorted human dance in the present shall be resolved.
Over the last six months, I have taken this advice to heart. In my past, I was a great advocate for many causes....How depleting to my system this all was! Because of all this activity, I neglected many duties to my home life and self; this tore me in many directions. I have since then rediscovered many of the things that bring me joy and pleasure, like spending time with my son and animal friends. I cook and bake, creating some truly fantastic creations for others and myself to enjoy. I've found serenity in care of my home and family.....You know, I believe I've found new joy in being a woman; and an older one at that!!!
My son and I stopped eating meat except for fish; we still eat eggs and cheese....This opened up the opportunity for trying new recipes and foods. I always tried to eat well, but this is much better, many aches and pains are gone or lessened. I hope to start a thread for food and recipes soon.
Except for an occasional movie, our TV has been silenced! I never watched much, but to turn it off forever has given me more time, TV DEMANDS your attention! My son and I talk, read, or work on hobbies in the evenings now. My computer stands idle for long periods. We do listen to the radio more. I have a long time favorite station here in the Pittsburgh area. The Buffalo Species and the Earth Mother through Karen Danrich "Mila" December 22, 2000
We, the species of Buffalo, wish to address mankind, and our channel Mila is giving us an opportunity to do so in this moment. And we honor her for her willingness to commune with us and to allow us to speak forth our truth as a species and share it with others in human form willing to listen.
The Buffalo species was once a form of fully conscious guardian of Earth that roamed the land assisting in moving and balancing energy for the Earth Mother. Full consciousness means that each form, each embodiment of Buffalo, contained an individual and incarnating soul. Much like the dolphins and whales today, which are the only remaining nonverbal and fully conscious form of species upon Earth, Buffalo existed in a similar state of being. Much like dolphins and whales today, which are the vibrational stewards of Earth, buffalo also was once a vibrational steward of the land.
It was as mankind dropped the first nuclear bombs some 30,000 Earth years ago (120,000 human years) that we as a species lost consciousness. Much like mankind, our fields became so distorted it was difficult for soul to engage with the form. Soul resorted to holding buffalo as a group rather than as an individuated and fully conscious species. In so doing, we lost the ability to hold and move energy for Earth upon the land.
Many have heard of the coming of the "Great White Buffalo". And indeed, there are 8 white buffalo that have been born upon Earth to date. The first birth began in 1992, and we have produced one white calf somewhere upon Earth per year ever since. The white buffalo represents the return of full consciousness for our species. You see the production of a white calf should not be possible giving the genetics that we hold, for all hair color for our species has been brown or black for a very long time. The white hair of these newborn buffalo is the result of our conscious choice to override the genetics of the form to produce "white hair", or hair without pigment. What do we mean by this? Our soul has collectively chosen to override the genetics to produce eight white calves. Why would we do this? To give mankind living proof that soul can consciously alter the genetics of the form.
There is much that has been said about the return of the white buffalo to Earth, and that it represents a time of great transition. And indeed this is true. For we, like all species upon Earth, are choosing to ascend. In so choosing to ascend, much like altering the hair color in the follicles of the Buffalo form, we are also choosing to transmute our forms to the crystalline cellular structure for the purposes of the restoration of full consciousness within our species.
Our channel is perhaps one of the first humans to become aware of the possibility of the conscious choice and ability to alter the genetic structure of the form. She chose over 7 years ago to begin her journey of genetic transmutation and ascension, and stands as an example of the restoration to full consciousness within the human form. She is not alone as all species upon Earth, along with many others in human form, are already underway with the process of biological ascension as we speak.
What does full consciousness mean? Full consciousness means that one serves Earth as a whole in all that one does. The Buffalo of long ago would roam to regions upon Earth in need of assistance in the movement of energy. Such assistance is both in the physical and in the nonphysical, for just as all form at this juncture of history, we too had individual light bodies. Such light bodies could be projected anywhere upon Earth's surface or upon the many dimensions in which Earth is related for the purposes of assisting in the repair and maintenance of the energy fields necessary to support and sustain life.
At this time, we have not individual light bodies. However, several decades into the future and with much additional genetic alteration to our species, each Buffalo shall be individually incarnated into again and contain an individual light body for the purposes of supporting Earth in all manners possible. And we are not the only species choosing to restore ourselves to full consciousness, as there are many others likewise choosing this in the evolutionary path ahead including deer, elk, bear, bison, giraffe, elephant, and moose to name a few.
Why would we choose to do such a thing? Earth is ascending. The farther Earth moves up in frequency, the more support she shall require in the maintenance of her evolving field. We choose full consciousness out of the understanding that Earth requires such support in her transition to a 5th dimensional vessel. And so this is also so for all other land mammals likewise choosing full consciousness in their respective evolution.
Long ago, the Red Man received visions from us that as the white buffalo returned to Earth, that the time of transition would begin. The transition we speak of is the transition from a 3rd dimensional Earth to a 4th dimensional Earth, and then on to a 5th dimensional world. Such transformation shall not be rapid, but has begun, and everything upon Earth is beginning its evolutionary journey "home". For Buffalo, a time awaits ahead that shall be filled with joy as all species, including mankind, enter the dance of unity and oneness, harmony and unconditional love.
We have cultivated our communication with the Red Man over time. The Red Man, along with many indigenous humans, hold the keys to remembrance of full consciousness within the human species, keys to a human form that lived in unity and harmony with Earth. However, regardless of what genetic package a human currently has, whether they be white, yellow, black or red, there is a connection to the time of unity. Perhaps such a connection is not in one's recent ancestry, but in one's ancient ancestry from long ago. Mila has uncovered her own lineages back to the original seeded race, which indeed was red, and lived in harmony with Earth. Mila is not red by birth, but white, although she has uncovered and cultivated her "red roots" in her choice to ascend and return to full consciousness.
It is in drawing upon her red roots that Mila has constructed a form through conscious intent that has entered a state of unity with all species upon Earth. Each human, just like Buffalo, can now choose to consciously alter their genetic structure and begin the journey to full consciousness. One shall accomplish this goal only if one chooses it so, and continues to choose it each day, each week, each month, and each year until such a goal is fulfilled upon. Such a shift shall not occur without choice, or by some act of God Goddess All That Is, or in some sort of "Intervention". It shall only occur through conscious intent.
Just like Buffalo, mankind is a conscious species. Perhaps mankind has lost consciousness just as Buffalo has. Just like Buffalo, mankind must choose to restore their biology to full consciousness if they are going to survive the coming centuries upon Earth. The purpose of form is to evolve. Buffalo has never forgotten this fact, and has longed for the day in which the evolution might begin. The time is now, and there is no time to delay.
Earth is rising in frequency more rapidly than ever. And so it shall continue, as the further Earth goes up in vibration, the faster she shall transmute herself into yet a higher vibration. Perhaps those in human form cannot feel these shifts yet, particularly in the density of your cities. Go into the country, go to a lake, or by an ocean, or by a forest stream, and FEEL. Feel the unity that pours out of nature. Feel the joy of the dance that nature is in. We are expanding beloved, we are ascending, and we are in great joy that this is so!
Everything shall change. There is no present thought-form, no present technology that is going to make the shift into the next dimension. Only that which is conscious shall survive. That which is conscious is all species upon Earth, including the plant, animal and mineral, dolphin and whale, and those humans whom are awakening. There is nothing in your world that shall remain as Earth's vibration reaches a high enough vibration to dissolve it. This shall include the buildings that you rely upon, the cement of your roads, the plastic that you contain things in, and the craft and technology that you perceive as so very important. None of it shall be a part of Earth's future in the centuries ahead.
Perhaps if humanity was more aware and more awakened to the impending change, technology and housing would be developed that could transition. Such housing would need to be alive and evolving itself, such as minerals. Humans in other worlds whom have ascended, such as the Sirian Race some 30,000 years ago, have developed such housing that ascended with them. However, humanity is too lost to remember that it is time to ascend and that there are great changes ahead. And perhaps this is also a blessing, as those whom ascend shall be required to not rely upon technology to ascend the form for them. And this shall mean that humanity shall need to learn to consciously transmute the form just as Buffalo is learning.
Why does the form require transmutation? The current cellular structure does not hold enough chi. One must be able to build and build in chi in order to move from one dimension to the next. And so a new cellular structure must be created that can hold a higher vibration and more chi. However, such a cellular structure is not new. One's own ancestors held such a structure once long ago. And so one simply calls into present time the structure of the past, and begins to embody it little by little, until one holds increasing higher frequencies day to week to month to year. And this is how all species are ascending beloved.
There are many humans seeded for this awakening and to make this journey to full consciousness. Perhaps you are one that now can understand that it is time to awaken and move forth. Earth needs mankind to participate in her ascension. Without some of the human form ascending, not all karmic records shall be understood, not all history shall come to be known for Earth. And this shall create a problem and potential disaster rather than Earth's future ascension.
And so we invite our human brothers and sisters whom are awakening to choose to ascend. We ask that you not be afraid. The human form, just like Buffalo, can be altered through conscious intent. And you too can enter a new kingdom, one based upon unity, honor, joy and unconditional love along with us. The time of the return of the Great White Buffalo has come. Let us move forth together and co-create a new tomorrow based upon joy!
We would like to give humanity a new vision for a new tomorrow. We foresee that humanity shall not turn against itself, for this is not necessary. Those whom are ascending shall simply retreat together and form new communities of ascending humans. Such communities shall work hand in hand with nature and all kingdoms upon Earth to be in absolute harmony, and yet provide all needs for all concerned. Such communities shall be devoid of most of the technology that humanity currently relies upon, and live a simple life that revolves around the cycles of nature. The simple life allows for time for the inner work, for meditation if you wish, which is required upon the spiritual path. And so we see these communities supporting those in human form whom choose to ascend.
It is a great truth that there has been much pain inflicted upon Earth, upon her species, and upon humanity by humanity. Such experiences, when forgiven, are erased in full from the memory bank of Earth and all ascending species. As such incidents are erased in full, they shall cease to recur again in Earth's future. Buffalo, along with all species upon Earth, are coming to understand our creation. We are not a victim, our thought-form attracted the experience of mankind and the pain caused therein. We, as a conscious species, choose to take responsibility for our part in the dance, to transmute the thought-form that attracted a non-resonant and destructive human race, and in so doing, a new future becomes possible.
We invite our human brothers and sisters to do the same, and not to sit in judgment for past or present wrongdoing by human sources, but to embrace and forgive. For each human is a part of the human species, and each human therefore has inflicted such atrocities upon nature, upon Earth, and upon one another. One's ancestry is the human ancestry, and as one forgives themselves, and forgives their ancestors for their wrong doing, a new tomorrow can emerge that is different from the past.

One may wonder, how can this be so? It is so because Earth is a conscious being and is evolving, Earth is ascending beloved. Earth is rising above the thought-form of right and wrong, victim and victimizer, abuser and abused. In so doing, everything upon Earth must rise above such thought-form or it shall perish. Therefore, such stands and uprisings are useless, and those participating in such endeavors and choosing not to ascend shall die off in due course.
Why is this so? The vibration of Earth is quickening. As Earth quickens, that which does not quicken with her shall become ill. It shall become ill because there shall be more energy running through the form than the form was designed to handle. As more chi runs through the etheric body, it exacerbates the blockages or stuck regions of form causing disease to manifest more rapidly than before. The higher in vibration Earth goes, the more rapidly those whom are not ascending shall become diseased. In time, and in the next 25 years, we anticipate that there shall be no non-ascending humans remaining upon Earth.
The technology shall die with those that are attached to it. Those whom are ascending shall retreat away from such devices along with the cities of your world. Why is this so? Such density hurts the field of those whom are ascending. It is for this reason that our channel minimizes all travel into denser regions and lives upon a tropical island surrounded by water. The frequencies of electricity behind the technology mankind relies upon hurts her form and field tearing holes into the subtle bodies. The density in the cities causes such a loss of chi that she can ascend no further living in such regions. And so it shall be true for all intent upon the choice to ascend, sooner or later each shall retreat into the country. In so doing, the form and field shall be supported, and one may choose a simpler life upon the land that allows for the meditation and inner focus that self-mastery requires.
Time is running out. Today, we stand upon the precipice of great change, and yet perhaps things seem the same as they have ever been. Once long ago, your ancestors stood upon the precipice of great change and were also told about impending global shifts. Some heeded such warnings, and others chose to ignore it ending their lives in great travesty. And what will you choose today, beloved? Will you choose to ascend? Or will you choose the dance of death that lies ahead for those whom choose not to rise with Earth in frequency?
Ascension brings forth many changes. In the observation of Buffalo of our channel, she leads a simple life that revolves around her choice to ascend and the service work she has agreed to accomplish on behalf of Earth. Her service work is not easy, for it involves gathering others in human form to release karma that yet other humans whom are not ascending are failing to release. This is a difficult task, but one that she undertakes in great determination nonetheless, for she understands that if the karma goes unreleased, there is no hope for Earth.
Each human must do their part. Just because humans are in forgetfulness does not exempt them from the responsibility towards Earth that they inherently agreed upon in coming to live upon this land. Each human has agreements to support Earth in her choice to ascend. Most humans are choosing to default upon their agreements in their forgetfulness. And so we ask you to wake up, and remember, and choose to ascend, and choose to support Earth in her choice to ascend. We also ask that you support our channel in her gatherings so that the human karma necessary to allow for global ascension can be released in full.
This year, the human karma for warfare must be released. Earth is transcending thought-form that is abusive and war-like in nature. By the end of 2001, there shall be no abusive thought-form flowing upon Earth except in those humans whom are not ascending. What does this mean? It means that world peace will be assured. It also means that the thought-form for abuse and war shall be shunted into the physical lives of those whom are not ascending and not transcending such thought-form. And what does this mean? Well, it may well mean that instead of a global nuclear war, those whom would wish to create such a thing will create their own personal war and destroy themselves instead of Earth.
Such is the nature of ascension. Ascension brings forth completion. Completion creates a new dream, a new consensus for Earth. The new consensus in 2002 shall be devoid of harmfulness, devoid of abusiveness devoid of warfare, and filled with peace. There are many advocates for peace, however, the peace they search for shall only be found as humanity chooses to ascend and chooses to release all karma for warfare. There is no other way beloved, for all others have failed in the past 30,000 years (120,000 human years) of human history. And so we can honestly say that any other means of creating world peace that is everlasting is not possible without ascension, for all other means have indeed been tried, and have indeed failed time and time again.
The World Wars that you know of in your recent history are just a replay of countless other wars in times past of similar nature. The "holocaust" and deliberate destruction of countless human forms is just a repeat of other holocausts too numerous to remember. The dropping of the nuclear bombs on Hiroshima is two of sixteen of such expressions caused by human warfare, and those earlier in your history were far more devastating, creating nuclear winters killing all plant kingdoms around the globe. As all karma for warfare from humanities past is released in full, there shall be no future war of any kind upon Earth.
How does ascension create World Peace? It does so by altering the dream for Earth. The dream is a living breathing consensus reality that has boundaries that state "this can occur upon a global level", and "this cannot occur upon a global level". Global level occurrences are complex in their manifestation, and let us suffice to say that as Earth transcends destructive thought-form, there shall be no further destruction of Earth, for Earth shall not allow for it.
As Earth does not allow for it, the responsibility for destructive thought-form returns back upon those that hold on to such thought-form in their choice not to ascend and transcend. As such, personal destruction shall follow instead. What is personal destruction? Sometimes it can be made manifest in an accident, a suicide, or a murder. Most of the time it comes in the form of disease. All disease is the result of destructive thought-form that has become internalized and cellular. Ascension allows for the transcendence of such thought-form upon a biological level, and so those whom are ascending simply bypass such an outcome in their choice.
How is this accomplished? Disease is equated to cells that have died, or are dying, or deliberately killed by other cells known as viruses. In ascension, all cells that have died or are dying are resurrected into the crystalline form. And all cells that are viral in nature receive a new blueprint that is supportive rather than destructive to the overall health and well being of the form. This is the gift of ascension, an ageless and disease free form that can live to see a new era of peace and unity emerge for humanity and Earth. And this is a real gift indeed.
However, such transmutation in ascension is not without known difficulties. Sometimes the difficulties come from a weak organ. We have seen many dolphins and whales beach themselves due to liver failure from an attempt to ascend. And so ascension is not a cure-all for disease. Indeed, in many respects, starting with a healthy body is of the utmost import, for it requires a healthy form to detoxify all of the biological changes inherent in ascension. It is for this reason that we anticipate that only the healthiest of strains of Buffalo to make it and attain full consciousness. This may mean a drastic reduction of our overall population. However, this is not of import to us, only that some live to make it, as they too shall reproduce increasing the herds of fully conscious stewards in the future.
For humanity, this is a difficult thing, so attached one has become to the particular body that one inhabits, along with one's friends and family. Such is the nature of the loss of consciousness, for in such a loss, one fails to see the overall picture, and sees life upon Earth only from the limited vantage-point of one's individual self. It is in the selfishness and the lack of overall vision that humanity has become so far out of sync with Earth. And this too changes in ascension, for as one approaches full consciousness, one begins to perceive the overall dance of the human species along with all species upon Earth. And this gives one another vantage point, another means of relating to one another along with all other species therein.
White Buffalo chooses to address the human species for many reasons. Long ago, we agreed with the Red Man to assist in the evolution of the human species. These agreements came hand in hand with the loss of the Red Man's land. This loss we speak of is not in recent times, although such history has indeed repeated itself. This loss we speak of was over 38,000 years ago (154,000 human years) as Lemuria was flooded and most of the Red population drowned. At this juncture, Buffalo agreed to support the Red Man in the restoration of consciousness, and the restoration of hope for a new future for Earth in her global ascension.
We work with the Red man today, and those that are seeking their Red inheritance, whether they be black, white, or yellow. For all races are related to the original seeded race upon Earth which is indeed Red. For the visionaries, we have shared our vision in recent centuries. Mostly we have shared our visions with our Red brothers and sisters to give them hope, for they indeed lost all hope as the white man took away their land and destroyed our herds in the century past. We shared with them that another time was coming, another time when the principals for which they stood and remembered would flourish. And indeed the time is coming beloved. And we honor the Red man for holding onto the dream, holding onto the vision, holding onto the TRUTH. Now we invite all of Red heritage from one's ancient past to become this new dream, live this new vision, and stand in the TRUTH.
The TRUTH supports Earth. The TRUTH honors all species. The TRUTH loves unconditionally. The TRUTH blesses all with the love of God Goddess All That Is. The TRUTH stands not in judgment, but honors all in the dance of life. It is time for the TRUTH to reign again upon Earth.
This is the first of a series of material directed towards mankind from the Buffalo Species. May we fulfill upon our agreements with the Red Man. May we each return "home".
